I am still receiving medical bill calls despite prior assurances that this matter was resolved. Furthermore, I experienced unsatisfactory communication and significant difficulty in filing an appeal. I cannot recommend this group.

The employment law is a waste of time. They are uneducated and do not know that it is illegal to fire anyone while on FMLA. Do NOT waste your time find a more educated law group.

Atty Kelli Silva is a great attorney - when you need an attorney, look no further. For me,my health was bad and I was in the worst situation- I needed to be supported with benefits , including Workman’s Comp, SSDI and insurance challenges- Attorney Silva believed in me , and always told me not to worry , she will take care of the legal issues to help attain the benefits for me - My job was to focus on getting better- She kept her promise in so many ways . I am compelled to express my disappointment with the legal services provided by Steve and his office. The lack of responsiveness has been disheartening, leading me to seek alternative counsel. My concerns arose when my previous claim was settled under what I perceive as false pretenses without my consent. Despite my patience in seeking clarification on the future of our professional relationship post a disagreement, communication has been inadequate. The request for documentation was met with a slow response, further fueling my dissatisfaction. As I explore alternative representation, I emphasize the need for timely provision of any new materials related to my case. In conclusion, based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this office or Steve Allard for legal services. Update: I was just contacted by Steve demanding this review be taken down. I agin tried to explain my issue and he informed me, "I don't really care."
