I suffered a loss of function in my left eye, following an on-site, work related accident. My initial intake seemed thorough and quick. My case was assigned to an attorney in a very reasonable amount of time, building my confidence in this firm. I obviously had other consultations and considerations as anyone should. Much to my dismay I made a big mistake. My attorney became distant after the first couple of one on one contacts. My case was referred to be seen by an opthamologist based out of state, following multiple attempts to move forward. Never provided any follow up by my attorney. The communication level was extremely poor, resulting in poor results. I am very disappointed in my personal decision to have chosen this firm to have previously represented me. I felt like a number in the line with no name, face, or story. Update: 7/12/2023 - Received Google reply to recent review. - Received follow up email response from associate. - Replied later that evening to email with no response to date - Followed up with another email to associate a week later, with no response to date

Didn't seem to want to be bothered with my case.

I got hurt in 2016 Joe Culligan became my lawyer and convinced me to settle without knowing if I needed back surgery. I ended up getting a double fusion with caging back surgery 2 years ago then they told me they would be able to get social security, I've been out of work for 6 years and yesterday is the day they told me they were done. My life is in a worse spot now then it was before Joe Culligan became my lawyer.
