Excellence. This is the word I would use to describe Nicole Colby Longton, in every aspect. In a world where so much is sub par, I consider myself very lucky to have found Nicole. A Lawyer who will fight for her clients. A Lawyer who believes in her clients. A Lawyer who keeps you updated in every step of the process. A Lawyer who has compassion and truly cares about her clients. But, most importantly, Nicole is a Lawyer who truly understands the law. At the onset of my court case, I felt as though the facts would speak for themselves and I could represent myself without the assistance of any legal counsel. I completely underestimated the depth and complexity of the charges levied against me and the repercussions that could ensue if I didn’t prevail. Fast forward two months and I too want to say that I’m convinced that every person who took the time to place a review on this site was compelled by their genuine gratitude for the help, guidance and personal commitment that Nicole (and Carley) gave them during and after their courtroom experiences. In my case, the charges of leaving the scene of a property damage, marked lane violation and personal injury claims were all mitigated without any issues whatsoever. I've had many more expensive attorneys who are supposed to be the best Nicole longton cares about her clients more than any other attorney it seems like the other attorneys work for the court system just take your money Nicole really cares and she is the best I can't thank her enough for what you've done for me she's the best lawyer and has the lowest prices she's worth four times at least then what she charges

There wasn’t too much information regarding the charge I was potentially facing. — I am so glad I stumbled across Nicole Colby Longton. Earlier this year I was involved in a car accident that ended up with me receiving a criminal application citation for speeding and negligent operation of a vehicle. I’ve never been in trouble with law enforcement and I’m actually working towards getting into a law enforcement agency. I’ve never even received a parking ticket so I assumed I would pay some fines and this would disappear. After doing some research I found out that a guilty conviction of negligent operation or “neg op” carries a mandatory jail term for 2 weeks to 2 years. The moment I learned of this my heart sank. I frantically called everyone I could to figure out what to do, everyone had the same advice, “FIND A LAWYER AND DO NOT TACKLE THIS ALONE”. I spoke to many lawyers and everyone seemed to not take my situation seriously - during one call while I was explaining the situation a lawyer actually cut me off and said “so are you going to tell me the charge or what?”. I was already shaken by the accident and the thought of jail really messed with me, so I needed a lawyer who would understand and care. I stumbled across a website called avvo and found Nicole’s profile. Over 150 5- star reviews, literally nothing but praise from her clients. At one point I thought the reviews were fake, how could someone not have a single bad review? I sent Nicole an email describing my situation and she called me right away, I was taken aback at how fast she got back to me. After a brief conversation, I decided to hire her. IMMEDIATELY, she went to work. Although I trusted her completely I was terrified about what punishment I would face. For months I could not sleep peacefully at night. Today I had my clerk magistrate hearing via zoom with Nicole obviously in attendance. In less than 2minutes she got the clerk to hold off on the complaint and in 3 months (3 months less of what we expected) it will be dismissed completely and my record will remain perfectly clean, so long as I stay out of trouble. In my entire life this was my only run I’m with the law, so 3 months is nothing and I’m considering this dismissed as of now. After the hearing, Nicole and I spoke once more and I could not thank her enough. If this hearing was done in person and we weren’t living in COVID times, I would’ve hugged her. First time in my life that I’ve cried tears of joy. Thank you Nicole so much for the work that you’ve done, a huge burden has been lifted and I feel like I’ll finally be able to sleep in peace again. I would recommend her to anyone. Carley the paralegal was amazing too! Cant forget her!

A situation arose one Sunday evening 14 months ago which had me concerned that I should consult a Lawyer.
