Our youngest son was facing very serious criminal charges. Comparing attorney pros/cons, we decided to go with Nicole Longton. After choosing Nicole, we never looked back. To have an attorney who knows the law and can keep your son out of jail was a gift, but Nicole does not stop there. Her compassion for the entire family and the impact the charges had were understood by her. She counseled us every step of the way. After the charge came, Nicole would even respond to texts from all members of the family at early morning hours. Nicole was not out for the almighty dollar. Instead, she was truly out for justice and how best to get it for her clients. Nicole knows the justice system and knows how to negotiate with all relevant parties for the best possible outcome. We heard Nicole quote case law several times implying the research she did for the case all along the way. She truly thought about our son’s age, the mistake that was made and fought every step of the way to ensure the mistake would not stay with him for his entire life. We can honestly tell you our entire family now knows to keep her number safe and to provide it to anyone who is in need of this type of attorney. Nicole – you will be considered a friend for life. I would highly recommend Nicole! I found myself caught up in a set of unfair circumstances. I was arrested and charged with a crime. I had never been arrested or in trouble with the law before. I could not speak more highly of the professionalism of Nicole. My elderly mom was in an accident. The family was at a loss at to what the next steps would be to defend her civil rights and protecting her assets. After reading all of the amazing reviews, we chose to call Nicole. What we found most amazing was how easy it was to reach her. She has two phone numbers (cell and landline) I called the cell phone - to my astonishment, she picked up the phone! Not only did she pick up the phone, but also spend over 15 minutes giving me valuable free advice - starting with "at this point you don't need to spend money on representation" , but went on to explain the potential scenarios and the steps that would need to take place given each scenario and when legal counsel would be necessary. In addition to that phone call, she continued to text me with further questions and followed up with a phone call the next morning to talk with my mother and guide her through the process. Not enough stars for Nicole. I would definitely call on Nicole if I needed any criminal, defense or business litigation attorney.
