Thank you Attorney Longton! My 22 year old son made a bad choice and found himself facing three felony charges with a mandatory minimum sentence. Attorney Longton was highly recommended by a friend. We are so grateful that she took our case. She met with us for over two hours and explained all of the possible scenarios my son was facing. Attorney Longton knew how scared we were and was very caring and patient. She answered all of my questions instantly, including evenings and weekends. Dismissed! I hired Attorney Nicole Longton to defend my mentally ill son against serious charges of 2 counts of Assault and Battery on a Police Officer. He suffers from schizophrenia and the charges were a result of asking for a transport to the hospital that went bad. She took on the case after we had been caught in a three-year Merry-Go-Round of continuances with court appointed legal representation. During the seemingly endless hours I spent sitting in the courtroom, I had the opportunity to observe the many different styles and techniques of practicing law. Early into the case, a concerned friend had sent me a link to Longton Law website. I decided to call her and review the case with her. She was extraordinarily generous and straightforward with her advice. As the case went onto year 3, I was determined to hire Nicole. We had appeared in court over 20 times before we hired her, I had lost hope and was disillusioned with the judicial system. Nicole is the best criminal attorney you could possibly hire ever. Besides being an expert at her profession and having extremely reasonable fees, she's very well connected and respected in the legal circle and most of all, she's a fantastic human being as well. I have not ever seen any professional of her stature and caliber respond to text and / or calls even when she's on vacation and that too, within minutes, not hours! My husband and I recently found ourselves in a situation where our neighbor made a false accusation against my husband. A clerk magistrate hearing was scheduled and we realized that we needed a good attorney. I researched lawyers and read their reviews and case files. Attorney Nicole Longton was at the top of my list. I contacted her and she listened carefully as I explained the situation. As I was very concerned about how to defend against someone who is lying, she told me of other cases that she has handled in which she has had to do just that and how she went about it. I was very impressed with her confidence, her experience, and her very high success rate of having cases dismissed at the clerk magistrate hearing level. Needless to say, we hired Nicole to handle my husband’s case. Nicole read every piece of information we dropped off, texted, and emailed. She watched every video that we gave her and looked at all the pictures we had that we thought would be helpful to the case. Having never been through this before, believe me, we gave her plenty. She carefully explained what information would be important, what things she would avoid, and why. Nicole was also readily available on a Friday evening to give us legal advice for a situation that was happening outside of our home involving these neighbors. And even on weekends she would take the time to respond to our questions and concerns.
