Great lawyer. Quick to respond. Communicates via email, phone, text. Explains things thoroughly. Gets you the money you deserve from insurance companies who won't part with it easily. Two years ago I got into a car accident. It was 100% the other person's fault. I was 2 months pregnant and luckily only got soft tissue injuries. We both had the same insurance company, which made things complicated, plus her dad worked for the IC, too. I found Nicole online and contacted her a couple weeks after the accident. She took the case and fought with the IC for me for a year and a half, which resulted in almost quadrupling the money I spent out of pocket on therapy, money well deserved, since I still suffer from the injuries, plus the stress, plus the time.

I hired Attorney Nicole Longton to represent me at a clerk's hearing that I knew, if the clerk wasn't in favor of me, could be the moment that my future career goals were crushed. We met once to discuss my case and she took me through how she was going to sway the clerk in favor of me as well as took the time to explain and answer any questions I had for her. We both had the end goal of halting the charge before it ruins my record but Attorney Longton was still prepared to argue for a lesser sentence in the case of the clerk being unsympathetic to me. He tells it like it is, period. Over and done with quickly and then it was time to move on. Highly recommended if you find yourself in need for a defense attorney, hope I don't again but this experience wasn't what I thought it would be, thankfully. Opposite in fact, done and over with so fast.

Nicole was able to refute all of the prosecutions charges....... We won the court case....ALL CHARGES WERE DROPPED!! The trial was broken into smaller trials and covered a period of over two years.
