I cannot speak HIGHLY enough about Nicole Colby Longton. I would recommend her 1000% to anyone looking for straight forward and STRONG legal representation. I actually think if you are in need of a lawyer you should stop reading and CALL HER NOW! My stressful situation started to turn around the second I made that call. I recently was put in such a traumatic situation by a nightmare EX, which shattered my reality in so many ways...and ultimately threatened so much of my future with the charges I faced. I came to her a single working mother with no record, scared of how a case was going to affect me and my ability to provide for my little girl. I was so scared my side wouId not be heard.. that I was assumed guilty! I spoke to a few different lawyers regarding my case...NONE compared to the way Nicole spoke and handled my case from the very beginning. She is honest, patient, listens to understand your situation, and handles every aspect of your case in a MORE than timely manner. She always answered all of my questions no matter how silly they may have been, and made sure I understood all aspects of my case. You can see she is well respected and carries herself and your case in the highest regard in the court room. Her fees are beyond reasonable ESPECIALLY for the quality of her work, and better than many other half committed lawyers you may have shuffled through before stumbling onto this review. Ultimately my case resulted in No prosecution. No convictions on my record. I don't think she will ever know how grateful I am for all of her help. I can now start to rebuild my life confidently! Please...if your record means anything to you...if you are in a tough legal situation and need real HELP...Call her!

True Professionalism at it's best! Attorney Nicole Longton is absolutely the most communicative lawyer I have ever encountered, always reachable, extremally knowledgable and absolutely fantastic . I used Lian Zarrow a year ago to handle a family matter. I can't say enough about the quality of advice, service, and (even) care I received through that difficult time. I had the utmost confidence in Attorney Calo and would recommend her/the office to anyone. As a person injury attorney, Nicole is the best! I've hired her when I was hit by a car while crossing the street. The police report wasn't in my favor but Nicole still took on my case knowing it would be a challenging one. I didn't have to appear for any court hearings while she represented me. Nicole made sure I got the settlement I deserved and reduced my medical liens to a smaller amount. I am very happy with the end results while working with her. Nicole did a more than a phenomenal job in handling the sensitivity of my case. Upon receiving a notice in the mail noting that I had violated my probation. I knew that I was going to need a top notch lawyer to get me out this nightmare. This was my 5th violation within a year and I was terrified that I was going to go to jail. I was referred to Nicole who immediately put me at ease but assuring me that she would be able to help me. Nicole was very prompt on our first meeting, she made sure that she not only got to know my situation but also who I was as a person. She was very respectful and professional through the whole stressful process. On the court date, Nicole did a great job maintaining her composure even though it was taking longer than usual. She was able to bargain with my probation officer to not send me to jail. I am a free man all thanks to her. Words can't explain what a phenomenal job she did with my case. When it comes to lawyers Nicole was the best choice out there! She was able to get me off of multiple charges that I do not know what would of been the outcome if I did not have her to represent me. She did an amazing job representing me and I could not have asked for a better outcome thanks to her expertise. Do not hesitate to hire her no matter what your crime is, I believe that she is the best lawyer to represent you and her skills in the courtroom reflect this.

I was thoroughly and competently represented by Nicole. About a year ago I was charged with misdemeanor Criminal Harrassment. I am currently enrolled in a nursing program and even a blemish of a current misdemeanor charge as mentioned can inhibit me from continuing school, participating in clinical rotations, and being eligible to apply for the board licensing exam. Nicole was recommended by a law firm with no affiliation to criminal court but with very high regards for her. I knew after the initial meeting with Nicole that she was the best choice as she explained the process to me and clarified all the confusion and preconceived notions regarding the charges that I had. Nicole was honest me as I was honest with her and through knowledge and persistence, Nicole helped me avoid any blemish that could have come from this whole ordeal. I just passed the licensing exam and have Nicole to thank for placing me in position to succeed. Through Nicole's hard work and ability to know the court system, the case was closed with no plea (not a continuance without a finding which is an admission of guilt) and I was granted the authority to test, proving that my background check for application was approved and that Nicole had saved my career. Without Nicole's help, I would not have been eligible for the licensing exam. If I have to recommend a lawyer, Nicole is the only recommendation. I am very happy that Nicole represented me and do not believe this outcome would have been achievable with any other lawyer.

I met Nicole the morning of my arraignment at the Worcester courthouse back in April of 2013. I was facing several felony criminal charges, including, ditribution of a Class A substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class B and Class C substance, among others. I was lucky enough to be introduced to her in passing that morning and I can honestly say she quite literally saved my life. She agreed to do my arraignment for free and if i wanted her services she would be glad to take on my case. I had heard about her firm, and based on that knowledge as well as her willingness to help me on the fly that morning I already knew I was going to hire her. Nicole got the most seriouos of the 2 felony charges completely dismissed as well as getting the other 2 dropped down to substantially lesser charges. She was amazing. I would recommend her services to anyone. In fact, I already have passed on her name to 2 friends that are currently facing charges themselves. HIRE HER!!!! I cant thank you enough Nicole.

I was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon a few years ago and was appointed Nicole by the grace of God. She was very professional and she made me feel like my case was very important to her. She was very efficient and knowledgeable and was able to have the charges dismissed. I later hired her to represent me on a later case and she applied the same energy to that case as she did the first one. Both cases dismissed, I maintained a clean record and I owe it all to her. I have recommended her to family members and will continue to do so. You need a lawyer? She's definitely worth it!!!
