I consulted with Rachel twice through my Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and retained her services, knowing that she would cover all aspects of my divorce proceedings. She provided education, adjunct resources, support, and transparency throughout. I truly could not have done this on my own and Rachel quickly responded to any questions/concerns I’ve had. Divorce is not an easy process but Rachel’s knowledge and expertise made this a seamless transition. This is my second time writing a review for Ms. Virk, the first of which was under the name FDB. After retaining Ms. Virk, she delivered the most favorable outcome that I could imagine. She even directly helped both of my children, writing them letters for school on multiple occasions. She is a very caring lawyer, but more importantly a very caring person. She truly is invested in every one of her clients, and that attitude transcends any work she could do. Not to mention, she does amazing work. There is not a lawyer I could imagine that would positively affect me more than Mrs. Virk has. She is wonderful and I unequivocally recommend her to anyone in need of a compassionate divorce lawyer. I hired Mr Williams over 8 years ago for an ESC case. He did an AWESOME job and won my case hands downs!! He also remembered exactly who I was, when I consulted him recently about a new case. Me Hudspeth not only helped us but he believed in me when others were doubting me. Not only was he attentive, focused but he also helped get my child’s voice heard as it wasn’t before. I can’t tell you how much he did for my family as a whole. He will forever be not just our attorney, but someone we call and friend for everything he did. I hired Mr. Hudspeth as a Divorce lawyer. He explained everything in detail. He promptly took action. Kept in touch through email. My case took longer than planned but to no fault of Mr. Hudspeth. The Coronavirus closed the courts around the time I should have had my hearing. As soon as the the court system opened my case was pushed forward. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would hire Mr. Hudspeth again if needed.

I do not even know where to start on how fortunate I was to have Ed and Spencer on my side for a brutal divorce proceeding. I will summarize how awesome Ed and his team were, but I really want to highlight his ability to be caring and to listen throughout the two year battle. This was an emotionally draining and a hard two year fight. Ed was extremely honest with me and didn’t play games wasting time. I was always kept informed and knew my options.
Ed was relentless and knew the law which ultimately lead to us winning at trial. From the day he took my case I put full trust into him and I feel this was such a success because of that. He knows the law and is phenomenal at trial in front of a judge!
Ed was very thorough and was always very forthcoming on what he needed from me. I had to trust him though the process and I’m so glad I did. My ex was a complete liar and fabricated so many lies throughout the two years, there were multiple contempts and hearings while we waited for trial. Ed was always on his A game and was able to shut down the other side without issues.
Ultimately, Ed and his team were always very well prepared and he knew my case inside and out. He was able to come out on top of the divorce proceedings and got more than I ever thought possible from trial. This was all due to his due diligence in the case. Do not hesitate hiring him!!

This is the second time I tried an uncontested divorce and it went much much better. The first time was through an online "fill in the blank" site that was useless. This firm provides great directions along the way to try to prevent it from becoming contested. I had to give in a little which is fine so I could get it over with. If it did I had options to try to settle it. Bo is honest about the process and all fees, and tells you exactly what to do. There are NO surprise charges or fees. All in all I'd use this firm again, as he did his job admirably.

Mr. Weintraub was my lawyer for a modification of child-support gate. I think he did a really good job of figuring out my former spouses actual income versus what was reported and even corrected Washington State’s calculations. He looked at his finances and tax returns and I think his tax background helped a lot which is one reason I hired him. Other lawyers I consulted didn’t point them out. He has a very helpful staff and was less cost than many others quoted, so I’m very happy with his overall work.

Mr. Peacock, and his wonderful team, were able to assist me through my recent divorce. I was referred to him by a friend who had retained him previously, and after my initial consultation decided to go with his office for legal assistance.
His office was able to explain the legal jargon in an easily understandable fashion, assisted me with my required paperwork for the legal filings, and were empathic in their approach during a very stressful time for me. They were prompt with their responses to my questions, and reached out to help remind me of specific deadlines we had to meet. In the end, Mr. Peacock's office was able to help me complete my divorce case promptly and secure my personally desired outcome for the case.
I cannot recommend his office highly enough, and Mr. Peacock will be my first choice should I require help navigating any future legal issues.

I needed Mr Peacock once before when he came through for me and helped me when I believed all was lost. He told me not to talk if I was ever arrested. I was recently wrongfully arrested and remembered Stan’s advice.. When I was finally able to call Stan, it was my friend who answered that phone. He was professional and direct. Made recommendations that I immediately followed. Timely suggestions that took the burden out of the criminal matter and helped me take first steps in civil litigation.

Do not. I repeat do NOT settle for a subpar attorney when your reputation rests on another mans shoulders. This lawyer knows how the legal system works from a to z and if you are being falsely accused he will fight for you until the end. He worked tirelessly along with is assistant to get a false charge dismissed and was successful. Do not waste your time looking at reviews that say anything negative about this lawyer. I'm an entertainer and felt stuck in a poorly worded contract provision I signed with a certain talent agency who was trying to get commission from my bookings after our contract expired. Michael stepped in, broke down the contract and emailed the agency a cease and desist letter. He was wonderful! Mr. Irish was incredibly helpful with legal advice on reading and understanding the renters laws in place in Arizona as well as corroborating those with the lease I had signed as a renter. When my landlord attempted to kick me out because he wanted to sell the property, Mr. Irish gave me peace knowing that my living situation was protected by Arizona law and that the landlord could not terminate the lease unilaterally or raise the rent in the middle of the lease. I wholly recommend Mr. Irish and am writing this review as I pursue further consultation from him for problems regarding return of security deposit from the same landlord.

We had a difficult foster adoption case. He was straight forward and told me what I needed to hear not what I wanted to hear. This ended up saving our family from what would have been a large financial burden. He spent a lot of time on us without ever being signed up to represent us yet. I hired Rebecca to make changes to my parenting plan that was poorly done due to lack of representation in my final divorce hearing. My ex was taking advantage of the lack of clarity, detail and a parenting schedule. Rebecca was very direct, stern and played hard ball. She kept me informed every step of the way. It’s been 5 years since my divorce. I am finally able to write a review. The entire process was horrible and caused PTSD. Eric and his team made my situation the best it could be. He came in to my divorce as a second atty. First atty that I had for 9 months was horrible. Eric wrapped up my complicated case in 3 months - he was incredible! I am not from this arena of power house negotiating or strategy. I am so grateful he was up against my ex and his atty. He fought swiftly, intentionally and successfully. He understood my abilities and my lack of abilities. He fully read the opposing team and their antics/personalities/“wrong doings” to the max degree. He was emotionally there for me…as I felt scared and weak. Being a stay at home mom is a wonderful opportunity I was afforded in life. But a divorce process is extremely intimidating to this inferior position.
When there is a sense of no control or ability to access family money-this feels like drowning.
Eric was a gentleman and moved with professional integrity while being challenged with extreme undue stress from the opposing team. If you feel like an underdog-you need Eric-I can only speak from that vantage point.

I could not have had a better attorney for my divorce case. He wasn’t my first attorney for the divorce . Many times things were falling apart with my original council, who had poor ethics and bled so much of my finances running me in the ground with little done. This is when I and hired mr shumer who took the challenge when my case was a mess. He quickly pulled everything together and tied up every loose string in record timing. My only regret is not finding him first! He was recommended by a friend of mine, who also spoke very high of him. There is much more I can go on to explain what a god send he was for me, and I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for him. He was always honest, put me at ease with his guidance , updated me promptly with any developments, and truely seemed to care. And was very generous with his billing which was another plus ! Haha. SC Tickets especially in Charleston county are difficult to deal with. I spoke with Mr Seibert, who had an excellent reviews for traffic violations, and he dealt with the speeding ticket at a very reasonable price. All other firms' prices were completely ridiculous and they could not even guarantee to reduce it.

First let me say...do not go into a divorce without your own attorney!!! I almost waited too long to hire Dawn. While on the phone, she pulled the information on the courthouse records she told me to get in as soon as I could that afternoon. It wasn't what was stated in the paperwork it was the ambiguous terms that were used.
Dawn is direct, aggressive, very busy which sometimes makes her hard to reach and a darn good negotiator. She knows her stuff. Don't go see her if you want a shrink...go to her if you want to be well represented. Make sure your expectations are realistic and you will do well.
The "friendly" divorce paperwork was full of open ended statements that would have cost me more than my legally fair share. With that being said she warned me right from the beginning that we are now negotiating a business transaction not a friendly settlement. You can go back to friendly after the divorce is final.
You have to take care of your interests and Dawn will do that for you in legalese if you let her. Sometimes you wonder where she is going in her logic... but just sit back, watch and listen...she knows what she is doing. I think if I had been as aggressive as she suggested I may have done better...but I couldn't let go of the relationship. Remember if you are enlisting the help of an attorney (Dawn)...your relationship is over...so let her get down to business.
She is very good in mediation. She understands how to effectively work through the process. She should since she offers mediation services in her practice.
I think the most impressive thing and the sign of a well respected attorney is when we went to the courthouse (unfortunately we had to go), she was known by many of the court employees, officials and other attorneys that were waiting for their time slot.
If you are reading this I am sorry you are having to go through it...but I think Dawn is a good choice. By the way she was recommended to me by another satisfied client.

Two kids; one house; one dog; and a divorce. It wasnt that complicated but to her it was the end of the world… ww3 and it had already been going on for years when I first hired Mr. Salamone. To Say I should’ve hired him first as an understatement. I had my first lawyer, because all he did was talk about how much he “saw” in my case and how much he could fight and get for me. In the end, it just cost me money. Salamone is different. What it is he always showed how he could get me out of this with my shirt still on my back. I highly recommend him.
