After a very long-term marriage, I finally made the decision to seek a divorce. Shannon thoroughly explained the divorce process answering all of my initial questions as well as many additional questions along the way. My divorce should have been relatively simple, but there were obstacles presented by my now ex along the way. Shannon was always there for me. She was great in working with opposing counsel in attempting to resolve my case without having it go to trial. Shannon was quick to respond to me whether by text, email, or phone. She pointed out my options with many decisions to be made along the way, but stressed she would proceed as I felt best. Shannon is extremely knowledgeable, and if something arises she is unsure of or wants to verify, she will immediately research the information getting an accurate answer. I consulted with John initially, and thought I couldn’t afford him. To my dismay, I retained another lawyer who was decent but didn’t safeguard issues the way John had outlined in our initial consultation. Unfortunately, due to lack of prevention in my initial trial proceedings, another motion was filed against me, and I then retained his services. I spent over $10k from not utilizing his advice and suggestions. I could have spent less than half of that, if I would have retained him the first time. I cannot promise you that he can save the world; but he will advise you appropriately. He will not let you indulge in the abyss of desire that will never come to fruition. He and his associate, Tom, were up front and honest about what to expect and predict. I’m pleased with his practice and services. He’s reasonable and down to earth. If you need answers to simple questions, subscribe to his YouTube Channel or newsletter. I learned the best way to save money, is to go to him prepared with your documents organized. He’ll handle the rest.

Lee Strickler represented me in a nasty divorce with factors including high income, business ownership, multiple properties, and false accusations. She stood by me for the entire nine year maintenance agreement where I needed her assistance from time to time. With all the cases she has, she never forgot mine. At the end of the maintence agreement my ex tried to modify, and as always, Lee was on it, strong, on point, knew Colorado law and applicable case law, and we had a favorable outcome, meaning it's over!
I highly recommend her and if I had to do it again I would not consider any lawyer but Lee.

When I first called this law office and set up my initial consultation with Michael Peterson for my pending divorce, I was impressed with how professional and straight-to-the-point he was. He asked all of the necessary questions and summarized my situation very quickly. His assistant, Jordyn, was also very efficient with scheduling and ensuring they got me in quickly whenever it was needed. I then hired Michael to help me draft a divorce agreement (i.e. settlement offer). We worked together, in person, to think through all of the angles and ensure that my interests were protected. Michael was very realistic, reasonable, articulate, and easy to work with. As much as I thought working with a lawyer might be a miserable experience, I actually enjoyed hanging out in Michael's office and working with him. In the end, I felt that I received solid guidance from Michael throughout the entire process of the divorce and felt confident, despite all of the uncertainties and "what ifs", that he had helped me get through the divorce as quickly and smoothly as possible. He also made phone calls to other experts / consultants / lawyers for advice related to real estate law, since my divorce involved some complicated issues regarding a home my ex wife and I owned together. Compared with other local attorneys - some of whom wanted over $7,000 right at the start - this law office was extremely reasonable with their rates, billing by the hour with full transparency and printed breakdowns along the way. What began as a tough decision to find representation at a very difficult time, turned into a huge relief that helped me to protect my family's interests and needs. Catherine and her amazing staff helped me every step of the way, from consultation to the final judgement. Do not. I repeat do NOT settle for a subpar attorney when your reputation rests on another mans shoulders. This lawyer knows how the legal system works from a to z and if you are being falsely accused he will fight for you until the end. He worked tirelessly along with is assistant to get a false charge dismissed and was successful. Do not waste your time looking at reviews that say anything negative about this lawyer. He works extremely hard to uphold the the law and integrity of his clients it is on another level. It’s been 5 years since my divorce. I am finally able to write a review. The entire process was horrible and caused PTSD. Eric and his team made my situation the best it could be. He came in to my divorce as a second atty. First atty that I had for 9 months was horrible. Eric wrapped up my complicated case in 3 months - he was incredible! I had a complicated situation where in i had to get divorce through publication as my husband & i had not been in contact for 5 years & i was out of US for few years. (it was an abusive marriage)

I am a Senior and am a bladder cancer survivor. Because of my treatment I have very little time when nature calls. I was speeding on the freeway in an attempt to make the next exit. The police officer had little understanding and I was give a citation for a significant amount over the speed limit. I contacted Katz Law and received an IMMEDIATE response. Caleb said "not-to-worry" and he and his team went to work on my behalf. Everything was handled in such a professional manner and the final resolution was in my favor. Inferiority complex? When she introduced herself to me, she mentioned that she thought I had some pre-formed opinion of her that she was a young girl, incapable to represent me properly. I assure you, i had no pre-conceived notions. She did however prove to be the wrong representation for me. If you are not female, do not hire. Christine Verbitsky represented me in a case involving my ex-wife, where I had been overpaying child support for years. She sat down to negotiate with my ex and after some girlish giggling came back to tell me how many thousands i needed to produce that very day or face incarceration. This from the person who was to protect me. I am still traumatized years later. Just to give perspective, I now have full custody, but my ex still owes me over 30K. This is where Miss Verbitsky has left me. She shamelessly threw me under the bus basically extorting thousands of dollars from her own client, under threat of incarceration. She actually was the only one to ever mention incarceration to me and she warned me it was imminent. I left this attorney review on AVVO, and she immediately emailed me, threatening me with libel or some nonsensical legal action. Please. Sue me, I will counter-sue for the 7 thousand you made me borrow to, "stay out of jail." Should never have happened. I blame my representation entirely for the outcome. Again, look at her reviews, all women Have a nice day.

I have been a client of AnneMarie Lanni for some time now. She has been helping me work through many serious issues revolving around custody of my daughter.
