Casey is awesome. He always made time for me, even the times when I was “venting out loud,” acting as not only my lawyer, but even as a therapist/friend. I was surprised when I received my itemized bill, noticing there was several instances that times charged were less than they actually should have been. I hired him in the middle of an open family court case, which isn’t ideal for any attorney. During this time, I went through a financial hardship, as I made a huge career change going from a job with weekly pay, to a commission only career. He was very flexible with me based off of that change. I appreciate everything he did for me, and I tell anyone who remotely mentions needing an attorney of his praises.

Casey is really great at what he does.
From his availability to is affordability his direct, logical approach and cool demeanor carried into the courtroom and got me what I wanted. I hired Tina after a major auto accident I had near Orlando but I only dealt with Tina directly a few times. Carrie was the one handling most of the lawsuit and the person I mainly dealt with. Unfortunately, after much back and forth we had to drop the case due to the fact that Tina believed it could hurt my other benefits. I started out with low expectations due to having a prior law firm mishandle my case which made me transferred to Tina Willis Law. First thing they told me was they have a lot of people who fire other firms, then hire them. Let me just say that this personal injury law firm deserves above 5 stars. I can't thank Tina, Carrie & Todd, and their entire team enough! After much research in the type of cases handled and the outcomes, I decided on hiring Tina Willis Law to handle my case. Tina answered many questions to help me understand before I even retained her services. She was patient and really took the time to make me feel comfortable and understand my options as far as any lawsuit. Once I made my decision, she explained everything and her and her staff and partner kept me updated throughout the process. They were all available in case they missed my call, would return my calls promptly. Their staff was also helpful in taking detailed information and giving me information needed to keep my case moving along. They laid out different options (like settle before or after filing a lawsuit, then in the lawsuit, settle or go to trial, lots of variables that they explained very well, as far as pros and cons) so that I could make the most informed decision regarding my case. My lawyer in the UK contacted a Florida lawyer he had confidence in and this renowned lawyer recommended Bill Ruffier as the lawyer to investigate and see if the Resort where I contracted legionella could be pursued for compensation.
There were many hurdles Bill, with the help of his PA, Amanda Angel, had to overcome to make a case for any deserved recompense.
I had been reasonably fit for my age before becoming ill and spending 27 nights on a ventilator in the Royal Sussex County National health Hospital in the UK. Miraculously they saved my life but I remembered almost nothing from the time when I left the resort in Florida.
It was in Covid times and I was transported unbelievably by my wife, Lynda, from Orlando to Miami to London Heathrow to Brighton and the by para medics into hospital.
Bill was engaged by my UK lawyer with the blessing of Lynda.
Once I became conscious again and my memory started coming back after 2 months I was able to help Lynda brief Bill.
A successful relationship was then built up between Bill and his PA Amanda and Lynda and myself which continued for over 4 years (2020 - 2024) until Bill using his experience and amazing legal skills overcame all the hurdles he was confronted with and a settlement was reached that was acceptable to us.
Nobody wants something like this to happen to them but should it happen it is marvellous when there is someone eg Bill to head a Team and win for you.

I was hit by a car on November 16, 2023, and it’s been a long road to recovery. Through a friend, I was recommended to Brendan Lupetin, Greg Unatin, and their associate Garrett Trettel. They were there for me every step of the way, guiding me when I didn’t know what to do and answering my questions pretty much anytime—day or night. They worked hard to get me the best results possible and even reduced some of their fees to help me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Over a year a go I got into a "no fault" car accident going to work. I pick an attorney's office that I thought was good until within a month's times one of the assistance there was calling telling me an offer. Completely feeling like I was just some quick dollars in their pocket I went to my doctor and ask if he could recommend me an attorney. Now the saying "Doctors knows best" applies here and when I tell you I am so happy I took his advice. Jennifer & her office was who he recommended and she was just what I needed for my situation. We had an issue with a burst pipe underneath our house that was causing extremely high water and electrical bills. My wife and I presented the situation to a handful of lawyers and experts to see what options we would have.
