Jared took my accident case when other lawyers passed. Jared with 3 PI's and a process server found the defendant after she disappeared for over 2 years and had changed her SSN and name and served her. He then spent another year getting the case settled in our favor. He is amazing and pursued this case where others would have quit. Plus, he is truly a nice person who cares about his clients and getting justice. I highly recommend Jared.

I came to John Phillips office with little or no hope that I could prove my innocence or survive the alligations against me, I didn't think I would survive emotionally what myself and family were being put through. John along with Reid Hart listen to my story, they explained to me what they could do help me,and how they would go about helping me.My family and I felt so much better about my case and my chances of clearing my name after my conversation with John Phillips, and Ried Hart. I was rear ended by a semi-truck on our way to vacation. The horror of watching this huge semi barreling up from behind us while stopped in traffic was terrifying to say the least. My husband had a brain injury back in 2016. Before the injury he was a healthy ambitious person & our sole provider. He owned & ran a restaurant and catering business called Joe's Back N The Day. In October 2016 he had a surgery that he & I will forever regret him having! He is now 100% disabled..bedridden & wheelchair bound. We lost everything.. the business, our travel trailer and truck was repossessed but more importantly I lost my healthy husband! I now am his caregiver and will be for the rest of our lives. My husband & I reached out to several attorneys to no avail. I personally had given up. A few months before the statue of limitations was about to run out my husband called the law office of James Wood Law. I'll never forget my husband handing me the phone & telling me to talk again with another lawyer about what happened to him. I was irritated and didn't want to have to relive the story again. It was always emotionally exhausting for me but I got up & dusted myself off and relived the part in our lives I wished never happened. I can't recall exactly who I spoke to but she was very attentive & said she would give the attorney all my information and someone may call me back. I got a call back from Arslan Umarov. I am overwhelmed with joy from what Arslan, Jim & all the attorneys at James Wood Law has done for my family!!! There really is no words!!! As for the process, Colin McMichen gave me a frank preliminary assessment of how my case was likely to play out.
I was comfortable from the beginning of our attorney-client relationship, that I was able to have regular communications with him. He gave me easy instructions to follow.
I was not rushed in anyway, he took time to ask questions and answer questions at the beginning to get to know me. He was very easy to talk with.
Being in two different states, we did everything via email and phone, with no complications.

I know I am not 'suppose to say this' but had David Shoen been my attorney, I am sure results would have been so different. Due to be being so harmed by a surgeon, I just knew I was about to become so sick and did so I was desperate to beat the clock, I signed with some horrid lawyer, who had no clue about med. mal. so instead he would just insult the victum.
