Leslie Nixon was linked to my case as I happened to be working in New Hampshire when I was ejected from a vehicle while the driver fell asleep. I live in Maryland and would have to make trips up north in order to proceed with the case. The communication with her team through the entire process was exceptional. Her assistant Nicole requested and pushed information to me as they came and I feel that even though she wasn’t the original lawyer that I began the case with, she assessed what happened to me very well and was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the case. I have had the pleasure of working with John on a project my firm hired him to work on. We have also had discussions over the last ten years on various regulatory issues related to the healthcare industry. John has the ability to take on a project that doesn't have a clear path/steps, and figure out a solution working independently but with high competence using his JD and medical background. As an example, I needed research on trends for which data could only be gathered by hand and franklyu wasn't readily available. John knew where to go, how to get it and how to summarize/analyze for purpose of a bigger project we were working on. It took very little explaining for him to understand the substance of the engagement and big picture goals. In summary, if you need something customized that only an attorney with experience and creativity can handle, John is the attorney you should work with.

I have been working with Mr. Andrew Hodges since 2016. Whenever I call he is always there to help me with whatever I need. In 2016, I was charged with DWI second offense. The first time I did not get a lawyer, however I decided to hire Mr. Hodges for my case. I was heading to grad school in Chicago right at the start of court. Mr. Hodges handled everything!! Mr. Fitzgerald compiled very detailed information about our accident and all parties involved. He was very considerate and compassionate about every aspect of the case. He came to our home to get a feel of how our family lived our lives and to meet our friends and complete interviews with them in a home town setting. This made everyone feel more at home and they respected his demeanor towards them. We met with him outside his office on two other occasions, for him to complete interviews with me and my family for him to get a feel of our past and present lives. He got a feel for the time my husband and I met throughout every aspect of our 46 years together, including grade school, high school, college, 2 children, 1 grandchild and our work history, He was very diligent in finding all the information he could about the other parties involved in our law suit. He was very thorough and knew the law and what he needed to make a very compelling court case. Mr. Fitzgerald knew exactly the other professionals that he needed to call on to help him prepare our case. Personally, I was very impressed with Mr. Fitzgerald and all of his associates. Mr Fitzgerald and his staff are amazing. My mother was involved in a fatal accident 2,000 miles away from home. I was fortunate to be referred to him by another atty in FL. After discovering that I had Legionnaire's Disease which I contracted from the Best Western Sovereign Hotel in Albany, which has a history of problems with this disease, I contacted Michael Conway who I knew from newspaper stories was representing several other clients with the same problem. Last week my company needed legal advice with an issue that could have easily gotten out of hand. Attorney Shaughnessy handled a complex law suit against my former employer. His ability to listen and quickly identify the salient points was excellent, as was his ability to clearly communicate the legal position and options. While writing my and wife's will Mr. Shaughnessy noticed that I had supplied incorrect information, information that I did not think critical to our estate. Mr. Shaughnessy explained that this certain information was indeed critical and could cause severe problems. We could not thank him enough.
Since he is the sole attorney his schedule is almost always filled, but no matter how busy he is he returns our phone calls within an hour (we have heard the same from other of his clients as well). Intelligent, patient, Mr. Shaughnessy is just about the best lawyer you could ask for. Any friends we hear needing legal help we recommend him.
