My child was hit by a car while he was crossing the street in a school zone. The reckless driver’s insurance company completely denied my child’s serious injury motor vehicle accident claim, laying blame on my son. I brought the matter to Mr. Dow and he looked at it from an entirely different angle and articulated that position to the insurance company in undeniable terms. The insurance company buckled and paid nearly $100,000 even though they almost had me convinced my son was at fault when he was hit by a car. I was injured in a tractor-trailer wreck in Brunswick, Georgia while I was visiting from out of state. When I returned home to Florida, I called a large Florida law firm to try to handle my Glynn County, Georgia case. This was a mistake. The Florida attorneys could not get my case settled for a fair amount. Fortunately, the Florida firm contacted Mr. Dow to file a lawsuit on my behalf and he agreed to help. Once the case was filed and the trucking company started working against The Dow Firm, P.C., they saw what they were up against and started to talk about legitimate settlement numbers. In the end, Mr. Dow secured a litigated settlement for me which was double what I would have accepted. And it was way more than the Florida law firm had advised me to take. I suspected my husband died as a result of medical malpractice. I was referred to The Dow Firm, P.C. by another attorney who does not handle these types of wrongful death cases. Mr. Dow and his staff of experts (nurses and doctors) evaluated the situation and found that my husband had been victimized, but not as I originally suspected. The cause of my husband’s death was found in some obscure medical record entries which revealed an entirely different situation than the doctors had shared with me. Mr. Dow’s law firm’s investigative work was exceptional and I am so lucky I hired them. After we filed suit the doctor indicated he wanted to settle my case, but he and his insurance company tried to pay less than a reasonable amount. J. refused their offer and pressed on. Eventually, the other side caved in and paid what we demanded. I got unexpected answers and results in my case. Mr. Dow was passionate, assuring and firm the whole way. – L.H.

I was recently in a difficult--and frankly, scary--dispute with my landlord, and initially felt completely intimidated and overwhelmed by the situation. My husband was in an automobile accident that left him with a severely fractured arm. The fracture required surgery which caused hospitalization, and because of the severity he was left unable to work for an extended period of time. Adding to my devastation, I had a three week old newborn.
My husband was in the hospital recovering from his first surgery when he decided to contact the office that Tiffany and her husband Eric own and practice law. The day he contacted them, they came to my husbands hospital room to talk to him about what they may be able to do for us.
We had a new baby and absolutely no income coming in, plus my husband was staying in the hospital due to complications from the surgery to fix the fractures in his arm. I was extremely fragile and scared. Tiffany called me to assure me that she was doing everything in her power to make sure we would start getting my husbands lost wages. She was very knowledgable, confident, compassionate, and thorough. Also, from that point on she made sure to keep me updated along with my husband every time she had any news concerning our case. Tiffany made every effort to fight for what was rightfully ours, she was honest, forthcoming, and diligent. She made every effort to make this process was as easy and as quick as humanly possible for our family. Rick has been representing us for over 2 years now. Are case is very complicated and there are appeals. He has never made my family or I feel bad about asking questions and never appeared annoyed. I love how he personally cares. Our family has not felt like a pay check to Rick. The compassion and caring he and his associates has been stellar. The professionalism he has displayed should be commended. It is nice having someone advocate for you in the manner he does. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick. I was in a pretty severe car accident. The guy who hit me was completely at fault, and there were all sorts of difficult pieces to my case. Cam & Team spent hours and hours tracking things down and getting me the best possible result. I'd prefer to have never had the accident, obviously, but when live gives you lemons, you go see Cam, and he helps you make lemonade. I would completely recommend Cam & his team. I am so glad I found Cameron and his team after I was rear-ended by another vehicle during my work day.
I had just moved to a new city and was completely shaken up about the whole situation.
Cameron was diligent about pursuing all facets of care and medical attention after I had been injured from my accident.
My case was very complex and involved multiple insurance companies and I couldn't have found a better lawyer to take it on. I felt like I was taken care of every step of the way and my experience was made as stress free as possible so I could take time to heal.

I was involved in a car accident that left me in a wheelchair, unable to work and worried how I was going to deal with everything that was happening. A friend recommended Mrs. Kravitz and said she would handle my case and help me figure out the myriad of worries I had.
I met Jovita and was immediately impressed with her professionalism. Equally important to me I was simply impressed with her as a person. I suppose any attorney is capable of doing the legal side; I was worried about being treated as another number by an attorney. With Jovita that was nor ever has been the case. She was empathetic as well as knowledgeable which personally was important to me.
My case settled in what I felt was a timely fashion all things considered. Additionally, I was happy with the settlement Jovita was able to obtain for me. Further, even though I'm no longer her client she took the time to follow up and ask how I was doing after recovering from my injuries. That gesture was greatly appreciated.
I hope I never again need the services of an attorney but if I do I would hire Jovita again without hesitation.

Jovita Kravitz handled our case with personal care and attention. When my husband was hit by a car while riding his motorcycle, not only did we have to deal with and worry about his recovery and the intensity of his injuries but to top it all off the driver of the car was irate, unreasonable and just downright rude. I was one of the unfortunate people who got caught up in the recall of hip replacement hardware. At the time I was in need I was unable to find a single firm in my area of Portsmouth, VA who was taking clients with this particular problem. Khaldoun & Matthew represented us in a wrongful death case. They were exceptional attorney's.
