I worked for over 50 years as an investigator (of sorts) with dozens of attorneys in our area and got to know most of them very well. When it came time for me to seek out the advice of an attorney, I went to Bill Reinig. Bill is highly experienced, knowledgeable and, most importantly, his focus is on helping his clients and not how much he can charge per hour. On a one to ten scale, I'd put Bill at a 15. If you need the advice of an attorney and it's within Bill's area of expertise, I would strongly suggest you consult with him or one of the other members of his firm. I'm confident you'll be glad you did.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
They've had my case for about 5 years, and in that 5 years I've heard from them only 2 or 3 times. I just read a review from Josh Gersten, posted just 3 weeks ago. I have the same problems as he has. This firm stays in contact with you for about a month. After that, you're lucky to get an update on your case once per year(and thats very generous). I've contacted them several times through their website and through email. They just ignore me, and I never get a reply back. They just introduced a new app to track your case about a year ago. I haven't had access to this Hona Client since they introduced it. I've filled out the request to be given access 2 or 3 times in the last year, and they just ignore me. The longer I let them keep my case, the more and more I see that this is one of those firms that goes for the quick payday and take on as many clients as they possibly can with the intentions of making as much money as they can with the least amount of time and effort put into your case. No wonder why they haven't made 5 minutes available to contact me with an update. If you go with this firm, do not expect to win a big settlement. Expect to win your case as quickly as possible even if it means taking a much smaller settlement so that they can pocket the money with minimal effort.
Now my case is a Social Security disability case, so their potential earnings are capped. Since they cant win much from my case, they treat me like I'm a number instead of a person. Expect the same. My guess is that they've dropped me as a client because I'm expecting updates, and those 5 minutes twice a year are more valuable than I am to them. I haven't had an update probably in 12-18 months. They just straight up ignore me, but then again my case isn't very valuable to them since its a Social Security case. Expect the same treatment that me and Josh have gotten.

I came to these people after being neglected by another firm. Promises of contact and the proper attention needed.
Things were fine for a while, they helped me have the procedures I needed.
Contact started to disappear. Lack of responses.
I find out they moved my Lawyer to Disability from Workman's Compensation.
There was zero connection to what I needed and intentions were. My messages were ignored.
I had a hearing over 6 months ago and now they send me a message that they can't get in touch with my doctor and need paperwork filled out. That I should contact my doctor.
It took 6 months of "trying" before you get in touch with someone?
I've been trying to close out my case. My former lawyer understood what I wanted. The person who was handed and did nothing with it, didn't care and was only interested in what was "best for me, and ultimately their firm"
I never got a lawyer for money, I wanted to have surgery to fix my injuries. I have not had any physical therapy for over a year. Over 6 months since I have seen my surgeon. We have closed out all the care, so why am being told not reaching maximum medical is a good thing..?
I am not getting any better, we don't need to play pretend to milk the state for more money.
Close my case... nope.. they will just waste time and do what is ultimately best for them in the end.
Stay away, they are no different then the other guys that just treat you like a peice of meat. Company is too big to give a sh/t.

I hired Richard almost two years ago for a work comp case. I was severely injured and being harassed and lied to by work comp. I decided to hire a lawyer and I called an attorney I knew and used before. She gave me Richard’s information and I gave him a call. Richard and I talked and I decided to hire him and his team. Richard is straight to the point and took immediate action. The entire time we were dealing with my case he never made promises or ignored my calls and requests. Richard and his team were on top of things and fought for me the entire case. They also explained things and how things were going to work. I gave them 1 star because I called to get my remaining balance to pay off. Their accounting person was awful and rude. She did not know what the fees are being charged for nor the remaining balance that I would had to speak to the lawyer handling the case to get the final balance. That was fine but why be nasty and rude if clients are asking. They really need to train their front office or accounting staff better customer service or how to properly talk to clients better. My husband called a second time and asked to speak to a specific paralegal or lawyer involved in the case to get the final balance and they mistakenly transferred him to this accounting person they had again. She was soo rude and spoke to us both slowly like you are talking to a 1st grader like we did not speak any English. I do not know if it’s because of our last name but we both were born in the states so there was no need to belittle people that are trying to pay off their remaining balance. Makes me think she speaks to all foreigners this way and everybody should be spoken with respect regardless what race, former or current client. We will not be using them ever again for any services knowing they have rude and nasty accounting or front office staff that are not properly trained. I will also be telling others I know about this awful experience.

Staff did not contact me until 2 weeks after they said they would be in contact with me only to tell me they won't take my case. The case is too hard for them too much work that's why they won't pursue it. It is very much so a valid case. Maybe a smaller law firm that doesn't boast themselves up on the turnpike will enjoy my case. Very poor law firm. Do not recommend! And for the law firm don't try and say my review is incorrect because it's not. Thank you

I was in a car accident that was the fault of a distracted lawyer. I was moderately injured and my car significantly damaged. We strongly advise against choosing the Washington Injury Law firm if you've been in a car accident. They came across as indifferent, unhelpful, and lacked enthusiasm. You end up feeling like just another case, far from being treated with the care or attention you'd expect.

After being denied by the big dawgs because my case wasn’t profitable enough to be important to them, this law firm swooped in and was there for me every step of the way at any time of day to answer all questions. They aggressively pursued getting me all the help I needed and were relentless with negotiations getting me the best return possible. With me being active duty they were extremely helpful being able to talk to me at all hours of the night and via email when required. I wouldn’t use another lawyer after my experience with these guys!

I recently got in a car accident at work at MCO airport. The cop refused to write a report, the guy left, my car was heavily damaged, I was injured & beyond upset. I went here for my sexual abuse claim for which I had video evidence from when I was 17, three years ago (well within the statute of limitations). They signed me on everything and then I got a paper two months later saying that they actually didn’t because of a statute of limitations issue. It has been one of the most devastating experiences of my life and they didn’t even give me a phone call.
The picture is the letter they sent me that contradicts itself with regard to the statute of limitations telling me to seek other counsel before my time runs out. Thanks guys. Yes I know I still have 7 years.
