Nick Webb is a kind, sincere and genuine divorced attorney. He is highly skilled in his craft. Calm and collective composure made me have the trust I was looking for in picking counsel. He is responsive in every aspect of communication and turns on the aggression when necessary.
Dealing with a non-negotiable ex-wife, I had the chance to get imperative feedback on settlement pertaining to finances, child support and termination of material status. About 4 years ago my wife had made the call to ABC law centers after researching various attorneys. We had actually been give an attorney’s phone number from a friend which we called. He talked to me for about two minutes and had no interest in trying to help. He wanted us to ask the doctors what happened to our son and then get back with him.
Jesse Reiter was FAR more concerned with trying to help us find out what had caused Matthew’s condition. He and his team took over an hour talking with my wife over the phone gathering information and then sent out the necessary paperwork so they could start looking into what had happened to Matthew. Since we had twin boys, Matthew and Andrew, they assured us that this was their specialty and they would get us answers.
The process then began with more paperwork and meetings as well as creating a video documentary for the care and condition of our son Matthew. All of this was done very professionally and within our hectic schedule. At no time did we ever feel like we were being pressured and everyone was very sympathetic to our needs.
Jesse Reiter and Rebecca Walsh worked very hard for us in this 4 year process. Jesse Reiter even commented on this being one of his longest cases that he has handled, but at no time did they waiver from the end goal of finding out what had caused Matthew’s condition.
Jesse and Rebecca did an AWESOME job of being sympathetic, patient, understanding and caring in their handling of our son’s case. Because of their hard work and persistence we are now assured of Matthew’s future care. This is a HUGE weight off of our minds because, as many parents, we were concerned of Matthew’s future for when we would no longer be around.

I can't even begin to tell you how much Blake did for my fiance and me as we were fighting medical bills. We were going back and forth with our insurance company and getting nowhere when we gave up and hired Blake.
I wish we would have done it sooner!
By staying on the insurance companies he was able to get our case escalated to their legal department and resolved within a matter of weeks. But that's not where he stopped. Our insurance company wasn't paying our claim. This resulted in the hospital sending us to collections. Blake then spent over a month working to get the hospital, collection agency and our insurance company to work together to reinstate the claim and pay it in full. Not a dollar out of our pocket.
He didn't stop there. We were in the process of buying a home and Blake took the extra step to work with the collection agency and the the credit agency to get the collections removed from our record.
He was able to get an insurance company, a hospital, a collection agency AND the credit bureau to all change their stance and help us.
Whenever I have a medical situation, the first person I'm calling is going to be Blake. I wish we had reached out to him over a year ago.
Couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Attorney Wade is a good lawyer. I have used him quite often through the years. About 20 years ago, I was in a bad car accident. Someone referred him to me, because I knew the issue was bigger than I was. He came to where I was at the time, talked to me patiently, and answered all my questions and concerns. He reassured me that everything was going to be alright. It was just that, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. He kept me informed every step of the way. Since then I have used him for bankruptcy, again Attorney Wade came through. I was injured on the job and barely could walk and was offered a very low settlement by a company’s insurance rep. I felt it was unreasonable so I looked in the yellow pages under K because my last name began with a K. I saw John P. Kolb’s name and decided I was just going for a consultation. My husband and I hired Mrs. Devon Wilt through referral of our good friend who also just experienced her services.
We had a case involving an unjust landlord who did not properly sound proof his ceilings before letting a restaurant move into his unit. We lived directly above the restaurant and heard bass from their opening hours until end hours-for five months.
The landlord could not fix the issue and instead turned his problem on us by ending our four year lease to our home overnight. She was able to justify our case on our behalf and save us the monies the landlord he was trying to wrongfully withhold.
If it were not for Mrs. Wilt there is no way we would have received the large amount he owed us (that was ours to begin with) for the unexpected move.
Due to hiring her, he expensed $1,800 for the issue he never corrected, let us break our lease earlier, and returned our last month rent as well as security, $4,400 (all in which he had 0 intention of doing if it were not for her).
I was so stressed beyond belief and she took the burden off our shoulders and handled the situation completely with such high professionalism and care.
Beyond highly recommend.

What is good with Ms.Wilt she helps with an umbrella of services. I had several issues I needed resolved and she's able to assist with all of them. Laura was hired by us after our son suffered an injury in the NICU when he was a week old. Laura helped us remain hopeful because she didn't back down. She worked hard for us and quickly. I am still amazed at how our case was resolved so fast. Medical malpractice laws in our state aren't the most appealing, but she still worked hard for us and our son. She was tactful, but headstrong from day 1. She did everything she could to hold the hospital and staff accountable for their negligence. Words alone cannot express my gratitude to the entire Passen Law Group team. They took a very difficult time of my life a guided me to successful resolution.
After being rear-ended in a car accident I began having physical difficulties with speech, headaches, memory, taste and ringing in my ears. While in the Emergency Room it was discovered I had incurred a severe traumatic brain injury called a subdural hematoma.

Hello, my name is Christopher A. Ackerman. In 2013 I was having horrendous back pain than pretty much immobilized me, until one day, I was completely, and permanently immobilized. Paralyzed from the belly button down, or T-9. I was laying in bed in the hospital at Scripps-Mercy Hospital, in San Diego, CA, and knew I needed a lawyer. I consulted a referral service, who highly recommended Norman M. Finkelstein, who came right to my hospital room. We had discussed a few possible outcomes for my case, if everything went well, and I hired him. Boy am I glad I did!
Well here we are, at the part where we had discussed outcomes. Our bottom line that we set, in our discussion, Norman was able to beat by 30%. In addition, my medical has all been accounted for, as well as all of my medical equipment.
I can now look forward to living my life being cared for by the best of hands. I can buy a nice little house, and live my life in comfort. Norman Finkelstein gave me my life back, and also has become a good friend to me. We are on a first name basis, Facebook friends, and laugh and joke, all the time.

We had a very successful outcome for our legal case that allowed us to stabilize our family's life after a brain injury.
