Before walking into the DiCello firm, I knew nothing about Mark DiCello and was still in shock from what I had been through! After a brief meeting with Mark, I knew this was where I needed to be. I had visited other attorneys before entering Mark's office and felt my life was over. Mark quickly changed how I was feeling with a positive, tough, take no prisoner approach! I needed to hear/know that the lawyer I was going to have represent me firmly believed in me. Mark really had a bulldog approach to my case and left no stone unturned. He felt for what I was going through and firmly believed that what I had went through was an injustice. His passion/compassion, determination and vast knowledge really had me as at ease as I could be at the time. Mark won my case, not once but twice. I have been an attorney in Virginia since 1985 specializing in Administrative and Regulatory law. I have learned one thing in my practice, which is not to practice outside my area of expertise. I was hit by a car crossing the street in a crosswalk by an irresponsible driver last year in March, and fortunately only suffered three painful fractured ribs, and no internal injuries. Personal Injury lawyers gotta know strategy to win a case. David Sampedro new the winning move on a personal injury case for a fellow friend. the slip and fall involved a public area that was not up to code and had areas that could really injure someone. I am glad that my fellow friend hire Mr. Sampedro on this 1 year long case. The case went to trial and the law office of Panter, Panter and Sampedro won a huge judgement and proved that justice is their for those who don't abide by the law. I can’t say enough about Robert Rossano. I was involved in an accident where I was injured and my car was totaled. He talked me through what I needed to do and what the process would entail. Once I completed my therapy he was able to promptly settle with the maximum amount I could get from the insurance company. I quickly received my settlement thereafter. Received notice from Atlanta lawyer regarding bogus mold claim; turned matter over to Jay to handle. He responded with strongly worded letter; also contacted our insurance carrier on our behalf; followed up with our tenant's legal dept. (one of their employees filed the claim). It has been over one year and we have not heard anything else from the Atlanta attorney. I am confident that Jay's original letter let him know that we were well represented and were not going to fall for his threatening tactics.
