When I first met with Brian he assured me everything would be handled to the best of its ability and it was. He thoroughly explained to me what charges and sentencing i could be looking at. I even received a email reminder for the court date scheduled. After my situation I had a restitution hearing to which he handled beautifully. Very professional and easy to talk to.

Brian berry fought so so hard for me to get my DUI/with cpl concealed weapon charge dropped to a visual impaired and threw out the charge of carrying a weapon while driving under the influence. LIFE was difficult at the time and I made some bad choices, but he helped me when I was down! I would call him my friend and a damn good lawyer!!!!
