First and foremost, Brian is an absolute genius when it comes to representing his client. I was charged with a 4th OWI and through his diligence and expertise in his field, had the case dismissed at the Circuit Court level. When our family hired a father and son contractor (Kulla Construction out of W. Bloomfield) for a major renovation project two years ago , and that contractor went from remodeling our house to destroying it and stealing our money , we hired Brian to help us . The contractor hired an attorney like him, a crook that frustrated our litigation as much as he could, adding insult to our injury. Brian was recommended to me for a time sensitive case. He somehow was able to get me an excellent deal far beyond what I could have imagined. Brian was also able to get this deal done 4-6 weeks sooner than I expected.
