Reid McCarthy at Ann Arbor Elder Law is amazing at what he does. When my Grandmother fired her Trustee, her lawyer at the time said he could no longer server her; we had a sense of urgency to find someone to help. Reid was very patient and empathetic and helped us get everything in place. If you have estate planning needs and concerns this is the person to see.

We only met once. He took the information and within 2 months my husband had the help we needed to use a nursing home. The cost was substantially lower than the other lawyers I contacted.

Reid was a lifesaver for us. We started consulting with him when our mom was living alone and was diagnosed with dementia. He walked us through all the steps of getting her into long term care on Medicaid. We had no idea what to do but he answered our calls every time we had questions. He was so kind and always knew what next steps would be best for mom. I don’t know what we would have done without his help. I highly recommend him if you need highly skilled, professional and compassionate help!
