Both of my parents had life changing health issues that changed their plans for retirement and the future in drastic ways with my Mom's rapid decline while my Dad struggled with advancing Parkinson's. When Mom ended up needing to be go into a elder care facility, we were completely unprepared as to what to do next because my parents never thought this is where things might end up. After a recommendation from a lawyer I have worked with for years, Reid helped us get things put together so that Mom has secure in a wonderful care facility for several years now and my Dad, still living on his own, is able to visit her every day. Reid's consul and help has always been straight forward and showed a thorough understanding of not only the Medicaid and Social Security issues we needed to deal with but our other concerns as well.

I can not express the professional service and the information Reid had in handling the settlement of an estate. He also helped from A to Z when it came to the POA, Will and Trust. The best of all Reid came to the house to conduct business. That was one less thing for me to stress over. I recommended his services to a family member that was here from Georgia. Choosing Reid to help with my mom's situation was a great choice for me and my brother. I gladly recommend him. Dad had passed a few years before and mom's progressing dementia, advancing age (her 90's), and limited financial resources were more than we could handle. Reid was very accessible, either by phone or email or text, and he explained things so that we could understand even the more complicated parts of the picture. He's a very capable lawyer yet shows that he understands the human side of our circumstances too. He took a huge weight off our shoulders and helped us through a difficult time. Reid is thoroughly experience in Elder Law. He has helped us with both mother and mother-in-law estates. There were many items we couldn't handle on our own. He also informed us of extra benefits available for our mothers.
