Joe and his staff are immensely welcoming and helpful. I was beyond nervous before retaining a lawyer and Joe was the best decision I made in this entire process. I truly believe that his knowledge and expertise gave me the best outcome; above and beyond what I could have hoped for! He was a great listener and available to answer any and all questions (as well as Victoria!). They were both prompt in responses and wonderful at keeping me informed. It was a true weight off my shoulders knowing he was there to support me and had my back. I cannot thank him enough!!

Mr. Simon was just incredible. He got my case resolved quickly (and with a better outcome than we expected.) But more than that, he put me at ease in setting my expectations for what would happen, being very clear about the options, and making recommendations that made sense. You never want to need a lawyer, but if you do, Joe and his team just handled everything so smoothly.

Joe is a miracle worker. I HIGHLY recommend hiring him and his team. I was arrested for a DUI offense (it was my second). Somehow, he was able to drop this charge. I only had to pay a small fine. I know that typically for a 2nd time DUI offense, you're faced with sobriety court, probation, community service, alcohol testing, jail time, fines, license revocation, etc. But, like I said, I had NONE of that. All I had to do was pay a fine and had a quick court appearance via zoom that only took about 10 minutes. His secretary, Victoria, is very sweet and easy to work with as well! Joe and his team are very prompt with answering emails and phone calls and really help answer all your questions. I feel like he pretty much gave me a second shot at life. Throughout our phone conversations he also tried to ease my anxiety over this entire matter with small jokes here and there. I can tell he cares about his clients and sees them as people who he really wants to help. Again, I just want to stress that I walked away from a 2nd DUI with JUST having to pay a fee. This is literally unheard of for a second time offender. I have my driver's license, no points are on it, and I am free to live my life as I was living it before (but being more careful of course). Joe has a tremendous amount of experience in this field, and it shows, because he knows how to navigate the system. He knows the prosecutors and judges and knows how to plead his cases to get the most favorable outcome. My outcome is literally a one in a million chance. But Joe did it! I will forever be grateful to him and his team. I can't stress how much I would recommend him as your lawyer. He WILL get you the most favorable outcome possible!!

After going through my case, I understand why Joe Simon is a great lawyer. In my case, I always focused on the minor charge, and I tried to guide Joe to focus on the minor charge. I did this because there were many conflicts and flaws in the police report and made a kind of very complicated mutual support between the major and minor charges. However, Joe chose to directly target the major charge and he thoroughly defeated the prosecutor in the court. Following it, the minor charge was automatically dismissed. And my whole family get a chance to celebrate a wonderful valentine’s day. Throughout my case, all what I did is telling Joe all the detail of my case at the beginning. After that I almost became an audience, sitting there and enjoying Joe did all the work. Sometimes very slow. And once he found a chance (I guess), he acted promptly like a tiger or a cobra. Certainly, as I mentioned above, I also tried to distract him from the major charge. It made him worried, and he called me to explain repetitively the rationale of his strategy. After all this, when I think back, I realize if we had followed my strategy, I may have still been fighting in the swamp of this lawsuit. I also really appreciate Victoria’s help. She made everything very smooth, and I did not need to worry about anything. One more thing I must emphasize, there is another attorney (or Joe’s assistant) with small white mustache and beard. He is super knowledgeable and helped us analyze all the details and possible development of my case during our first meeting. Very impressive, but I cannot find his name now.
