We hired Kellie when we were sued by the estate of a friend who passed away and had left us money. Kellie was upfront from the beginning on our options and assured us we would win the case. She didn't waste our money and only met with us when necessary. This dragged out for 18 months, and we were impressed the day we went to court and saw Kellie in action. Yes, we won!

Worst lawyer ever!!!! I was never adjucated and lost 2 years with my kid cause Kim is a horrible lawyer who refused to fight for me. New lawyer just got me jury trial for adjucation which I deserved 2 yrs ago! Thanks for nothing Kim.

I would highly recommend Kellie Podolsky and her assistant Kris. They are experienced, knowledgeable, know the field well. They are able to answer my questions, and conducted research when necessary. They are energetic, motivated, and do not sit on anything. They quick follow through, and exercise patience.

I hired Tracie. Well I thought I did. But she gave the case to brandon. A big waste of a year in a half. She sucked so much money out of me. Waste of time and money. So glad I seeked out a different lawyer. It was solved in a short time. I would NOT recommend this place at all. They drag their feet.
