Brian is very professional and pleasant to work with. He listens to, and addresses, any concerns. Unlike many lawyers, he is willing to network with others to get the latest information that could help your case and will give you the strongest defense he can. I was impressed with his patience in the courtroom when faced with one of the most unprofessional judges and he made sure to set my case up for an appeal that, because of his hard work and determination, will likely result in a reversal of the judge's ruling in my case. When the reversal happens it will be significant for families in MI and it will be because of him. You won't find such affordable representation with this kind of integrity anywhere else!

Horrible, horrible attorney! He doesn't care to help. He will see trustworthy & reliable at first, but it doesn't last! Very manipulative & a huge liar! Does the smallest amount of work nessessary & won't look over paperwork until at the court house. Makes a fool of you & him self. Had no idea what we were even going to court for. Is obviously stuck in his own head when his clients talk to him. Everything goes in one ear & out the other. Brian Jean is much too stuck up to listen to anything anyone else has to say. He gets your money, makes you pay more fees (that should come out of retainer) & keeps delaying giving you a bill in hopes you'll give up after asking 20 times so he can keep what he should have to refund! Doesn't care if you're a good person trying to pretect & support your family alone, because at least he gets $2,000 for telling BS & showing up at court house (late.)

Brian represented me for a first offense DUI probation violation. He did a wonderful job with determining how to approach my situation and handled my case in the courtroom very well. Brian charges a very reasonable rate which was essential to me, given financial issues, but I did not feel as though his service was "cheap" by any means. Brian gave me a lot of his time as I met with him once for ~45 minutes and talked with him over the phone 3 or 4 times (each time he took the time to answer all of my questions). The end result for my violation was better than I had anticipated and I feel that has a lot to do with how well Brian represented me.
