Never was able to speak with Mr.Niskar. I spoke with "Liz", for two weeks, and she said there was a issue. I informed "Liz" that I would like to proceed, her response was "maybe you would be better using another attorney". She constantly lied and attempted to recall our conversations in incorrect details. Can't say anything bad about the Attorney, but the person responsible for intake is terrible. So, after this experience, I called and left messages several times explaining that I would like to make a complaint with her employer, didn't help because I never received a call back. Beware of this place! IF YOU'RE NOT OF EUROPEAN DECENT DON'T CALL OR WAIST YOUR TIME.

I reached out to Niskar Law Firm and spoke to an amazing woman named Elizabeth. I needed som help with a legal matter, obviously, and they were so professional and made me feel very important. I was able to get the info I needed with in a day or so and honestly it was WAY faster than I expected. I have had bad experiences with lawyers in the past but Niskar and his team deserve more than the 5 stars I am limited to on this review.

Mr. Mooney was extremely professional and helpful with drafting and sending my QDRO order. His follow up with the courts was tenacious & he was fair with both parties involved. Thank you for a pleasant experience in a bad situation! Your help is greatly appreciated!

HIGHLY recommend Ms. Kasody! She took on my case mid-way as my former divorce lawyer was doing NOTHING for me.
