I was in desperate need in finding an attorneys office that could assist me with a DUI charge. Having a DUI charge on my record would’ve impacted my life negatively in so many ways. I am a truck driver and would’ve lost my CDL license and lost my career, any trucker reading this know's having a DUI on your record is a death sentence to your career. I visited 10 different attorneys offices and all of them said they couldn’t help me especially since I had a high BAC I would definitely lose my license but they would get the charged reduced from a super drunk to a OWI and I'd get my CDL back in one year. I made an appointment at Barone Defense Firm and as soon as I walked in and spoke with the intake specialist Ryan Ballard he listened to my case and treated me like a person and not just another case. He reassured me that they would be able to help with my case. This was the first time that I had any hope so I decided hire them on. He told me to keep working and living my best life (without drinking) and not to worry let him do all the worrying.The final outcome was a charge that would not affect my license and I did not get any points on my record. Thanks Ryan .This is finally in the rear view mirror.The Michigan Court system is not easy to negotiate.Ryan made everything easy to understand and was very professional . I would recommend him and his firm to anyone needing criminal defence. My case involved a handgun. Ryan's knowledge and expertise was outstanding. I wouldn't go to court without him.

Called Tuesday and left message for an attorney to call me back for an actual simple case representation. Never got a call back and now it's Saturday if you catch my drift. I expect maybe a 48hr turn around, but not more.

I hired Ryan to defend me in my extremely unusual gun charge case. Ryan Ramsayer took the time to explain to me his strategies on the possible outcomes and how he would go about defending me. I was attacked this summer by two men while on my quad in an attempted theft of my quad and was assaulted and taken by ambulance to the hospital but my life was saved involving my gun. I was treated like the criminal by my local police department. My wife made a call at the scene and within four minutes Ryan was on the phone handling my case and giving us advice before they even took me away to the hospital. He continually checked on me and kept me up to date on my case from start to finish. He aggressively pursued the law enforcement and prosecutor until the truth prevailed and the entire case was thrown out. Ryan informed me every step of the way of where we were with the case, what was developing and what he would be doing next on my behalf. He is a hard worker and is more than a 9-5 Monday through Friday attorney. He was available 24-7 and would take my calls on his personal cell phone anytime I was concerned or had a question. He was very good at keeping this old pastor calm and at peace. Ryan is the guy I always want in my corner and is truly an amazing and highly skilled professional attorney.
