I like many other people I had a lapse in judgment. When i was arrested the cop was so reassuring that this is not going to be a big deal. He talked all buddy, buddy to me and acted as if he was my friend and that everything would be pled down with no problem. Once i was released i contacted a boss a my employment and found out what a big deal this really was. I know this was no time to take another chance with a possible good lawyer so I sought out the best. Patrick Barone was vary eager and understanding of my situation and wasted no time in addressing my concerns. Once the case was going though the court system it was like bad went to worse every time we went to court. I was originally written for a OWI then it was up charged to a Super Drunk because I blew a .17 and at this point I was at risk of losing my career. We had reached out to the prosecutor multiple times with out any luck. I was feeling like the whole world was out to get me. Patrick was alway reassuring and optimistic. It was literally 2 days before asking for trial by jury and the prosecutor approached Patrick at another court house in the area. The prosecutor then reduced the charge to a standard OWI. Patrick was vary supportive though out and even after the case was over. I still have my Career thanks to Patrick Barone.
