Working with this firm is a breeze! Micheal Boyle in particular answers all calls, texts, and emails promptly. He works with you kindly so you understand exactly what's going on and he sticks to the books! He took the stress away throughout the whole process. I believe he could just sense I was innocent, and I was helpless to the system without him. With a court appointed attorney steering me to plea right at the beginning, I hired Mike. With his genuine passion for his job, his willingness to go all the way for your money, and his level of understanding, all charges dismissed! 2 years later I am left with relief and knowing that the amount of money was worth every penny with this firm, and of course Micheal Boyle.

I called this firm to see if they can help me with my problem, after 4 times calls and explaining what I need help with, still waiting for their call. The problem is that if they don’t want to work on your case they can simply tell you we don’t deal with those cases but not calling back is just unacceptable. I would give them zero star but unfortunately I can’t.

Let me start by saying that, Ryan Ramsayer and the firm has provided me with an outstanding outcome. I was facing a prison sentence for a 6th DUI charge and Ryan was able to get me 2 years of drug court and probation. This is unheard of with most people fighting a 6th DUI charge. Ryan is very educated on the laws and was able to prove that throughout my court proceedings. I would highly recommend, Mr. Ramsayer for any legal issues that you may facing. I am amazed by the amount of skill and dedication that was provided to keep me out of prison. You are definitely in good hands with, Ryan and his firm.

Not Guity Verdict I had the honor to hire Ryan Ramsayer as my DUI (OWI) attorney. I contacted Ryan right after a warrant was issued for my arrest following 3 months after the incident in which I was accused of my DUI. Ryan immediately began working and got me a court date via zoom (due to COVID-19). Warrant was removed, I attended my court date and receive pre-trial date. After a series of pre-trial court dates, the data master (breathalyzer machine results) was suppressed due to falsification of the machine being certified and the police department knowing this while continuing to use the machine. This was a direct result of Ryan doing his job at the level of excellence. During trial Ryan stated the facts and emphasized the fact that a field sobriety test was not done correctly, in which during cross examination the arresting officer admitted to not doing the test to standard. The jury found me not guilty based on the facts and the closing argument which summed up the facts along with the totality of circumstances. Beyond a reasonable doubt, the prosecution attempted to convict me on inaccurate tests in which Ryan was not going to let happen. Throughout the whole process, Ryan maintained contact and answered my call 100% of the time. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or better result.

My attorney saved my life! Faced with a multiple count complaint, I was looking at a possible 20+ year sentence. That, plus my poor health, just about guaranteed I might never see the light of day again. My first impressions of Mr Barone were of confidence, compassion and experience.
