They're a debt collection law firm. If you're hearing from them, you most likely owe some money. Theyll work with you on a payment plan thats fair, just stick to it and theyll keep up their end of the bargain.

I was personally served my lawsuit back in February. I owed the debt, no denying it there. $2300. I dealt with Dolores #5 and she was wonderful. I settled for a slightly lower amount to be paid over the course of 3 months by a certain date. I made all 3 payments on time and the debt was settled. I received my satisfaction of debt from the court quite fast once it was paid off. I had no issues what so ever. After reading all the reviews of Weber & Olcese after I was served, I freaked out thinking I was going to get screwed. I didn’t because I made all the payments I had agreed to on time. I imagine had I missed any of my payments then they would’ve garnished my bank account like others said they did. I’m leaving this review because this company is just doing their job. If you’re forced to deal with them then you messed up by ignoring that credit card statement and all those settlement offers you were getting just like I did. I’m a single mom with a single income, so I know what it’s like to be broke. On the bright side, woke up this morning to see that this lawsuit/collection was removed from my credit and my credit increased 61 points and I’m ok with that. My debt is gone and my credit is great now! Lesson learned!

I dealt with a women named robin and she was just a rude person for no reason. My debt is paid and the state still took my income tax . Just wanted to ask a few questions. She did do what i asked but she was rude the whole time.

They sure do not follow their Mission Statement that states, "We maintain complete professionalism throughout the legal collection process and adhere to the highest moral and ethical standards." Do everyone a favor and just take that sentence right out after you have left my 1 year old son and I with no money for groceries or bills for the next 2 weeks. I called and the first man, Thomas was utterly atrocious to deal with, I don't know how he sleeps at night with that black heart. The second person, Laurie, was pleasant and took my case to review. I asked to set up payments and management denied my case. An $800 statement amongst the many they review in a day, probably seems like nothing to them, but to us it is everything. I honestly don't know how these people do their jobs. What an ugly, ugly world we live in these days.

Honestly, if you are dealing with these people, it's because YOU let a debt get out of hand for at least 180 days. They don't just appear a week after you stop paying and sue you; it takes a LONG time. That said, I let something get way out of hand and they came after me. I called their office and left a message and, contrary to what I thought would happen after reading these reviews, someone called me back that day. The gentleman I dealt with (Damon) was polite and set me up on a manageable payment plan. He explained the process and how to make payments thoroughly. Other staff was very communicative with me, getting me copies of my consent judgment and even getting incorrect language in it correct. I've been making my monthly payments since with no issues. Bottom line, if you call the office yelling "m'fer this, m'fer that" then, yeah, they will probably not treat you as well as you'd like. If you've been sued and agree to a payment plan with them, they will file a consent judgment with the court and they will leave you alone as long as you make your payments as agreed. They are just doing their job and unfortunately that job means collecting your money for debts you let get out of hand.
