I set up a payment plan with them on a debt and they messed something up, so they just cleaned my whole bank account out instead. Class acts, I tell you what.

Would try to reach someone at this office but ALWAYS have to leave a message. I'm trying to make payments with this company but could never speak to anyone to do so. I was making payments, I guess not to their liking, and the next thing I know I'm getting garnished. Tried to call about this and STILL can't reach anyone. You'd think they would have someone waiting by the phone so people can pay them!!!!

Such a shady and crooked company. Made arrangements to pay a debt, and they promised to mail me instructions on how to do so. Never received the instructions, tried to call multiple times, and can't seem to reach anyone in order to even make a payment, and now have a judgement against me. I'm not even sure how they plan to make any money, if they make it so hard to make a payment. It's like they just sue people for kicks, and don't care about getting paid...

Sent all court correspondence to an address I lived at 15 yrs ago. There isn't even a house there anymore. When I finally found out I was being garnished it was from my work notifing me my wages are being garnished. I called them they stated I missed court and mediation, ask what address used was the 15 yr old one. So they won and got to garnish my check at 25% per pay period. That was a month ago. Today I found that even after they were granted 25% of my pay they put a levy on every bank account I have. So I called once again and demanded a manager. Finally got attorney sazan on the phone only to be told this was legal. My debt was only 814 and in a month they've received 550 and still felt necessary to levy my accounts again without notice. They stated that verified my address with the United States postal service. I called the USPS and they said they only verified if this was an existing structure. In order to get my current address they had to pay a fee which they did not do.

This is the worse law firm I have ever dealt with. The main focus is to attempt to get your wages garnished, especially if the judge rules in your favor. My judgement was made in February, in March I received a letter from an attorney stating they were taking me back to court because I missed two payments. How is this possible? My payment was submitted. So now I have to miss work to go in front of a judge again to discuss this matter. My best advise is to keep all your paper work and receipt.

Talk about unprofessional behavior. I had my wages garnished and they sent me a receipt stating I don't owe any more and suddenly they send me a new garnishment stating I owe more on the same bill! They cannot be contacted, who knows what their hours are. They have an estimated wait time of 1 minute and no one ever answers or calls back. Absolutely the biggest crooks in the industry. What a nightmare it is to deal with them, I sincerely hope no one falls into their grasp.

Terrible people, they dont answer the phone or talk to you...but they will send you and the court paperwork. No morals, no ethics, they are awful.

This company doesn't know anything. All they do is take you to court and send paperwork. And when you agree to something they refuse to send you a contract but they are quick to send you a letter. Worse part when you try contacting them always goes to a voicemail. They are so unprofessional. I will be sending a letter to the bar association and they will lose their practice of collections.
