I was very pleased with the professionalism, diligence, and results provided by our attorney, Amerique Philyaw, as well as the staff at Hertz Schram. Amerique updated us on all developments regarding our settlement on a timely basis and set a realistic timeline. She thoroughly explained the process and patiently answered our questions. I would highly recommend Amerique Philyaw and the firm.

Hands down the best attorneys you can get. I have worked closely with Jerry and Laura Nieusma during my very difficult child custody case. They go above and beyond. The response time is amazing, for a busy law firm i don’t know how they do it. I can get them on the phone or have a response in a timely manner anytime of the day. I felt they took my case as personally and I did. It’s a great feeling walking out of the courthouse and know your lawyers did EVERYTHING in their power to help you!

I hate to do this because I didnt even get a chance to work with the attorney, but based on the attitude of the receptionist that answered the phone when I called to inquire about services, I would not do business with them. The person that greets the client sets the tone and her tone was very unwelcoming.
