This guys soul purpose in life is to separate you from your money and nothing else.

We hired this law firm to assist with guardianship and conservatorship. The law firm was wonderful...to start with. This law firm does not help with the entire process. We were asked to withdraw counsel before the first and final hearing for conservatorship. We were told that the law firm does not help through the whole process because conservatorships can last 7-8 years, despite ours lasting less than a year. They left us to complete the legal paperwork on our own. Also, they suggested to create a trust to avoid probate. This was frowned upon by the court because they did not ask the court's blessing before it was done. The law firm told us the trust was not funded, which was not accurate because it was funded with the house, which by the way, had a lady bird and the trust messed this up. We also tried calling Rutkowski about help with probate, despite being a client, three weeks later we had not received a call back. This law firm was originally referred to us. We would not recommend this law firm, unless you want to pay alot of money for bad advice.

Enlightening seminar regarding Medicaid & long term care benefit

Super informative and easy to understand. They made state planning make clear and concise sense.

Worked with the Rutkowski Law Firm to put planning in place for my parents. They were so helpful getting my parents through the virtual process! I was worried about them since they are in their 80s but Chris took time to make sure they understood everything clearly and worked with them to get on Zoom. Their attorneys are very knowledgeable and made everything so easy for us to understand. My husband and I came back afterwards to get our own plans done.

I attended a presentation that was put on by Karen & Lea at Rutkowski Law firm. Mike and Kara were extremely knowledgeable on all things estate planning & I found the presentation very educational, specifically questions I had on Powers of Attorney. I couldn’t recommend Rutkowski Law firm enough.
