Neil Rockind…Excellent Defense Attorney…When You Need the Best of the Best…Rockstar When I was falsely accused of obstructing a SCRAAM tether, I felt hopeless and defeated. A friend told me to call Neil Rockind if I wanted the best lawyer I could possibly get. She was 100% right. I got the best. I contacted Neil on a Saturday night and he returned my call within the hour. He got to work on my case immediately; gathering records from the monitoring company, ordering transcripts from previous cases, and reviewing any information available. Mr. Rockind and his team of associates meticulously and tediously reviewed months of records showing readings of the tether in time frames as little as a minute apart. They tirelessly worked, studying the patterns, to make in very clear that the recorded times and measurements could not possibly show that the tether had been obstructed. Colin was instrumental in a reduced sentence for my domestic violence case from 2016. Facing possible jail time he was very efficient and vocal with the judge at the 40th district court in St Clair Shores about my non-history in the court system. He was very throurough in acquiring my past accomplishments which resulted in only a short (6 month) period of probabtion for the felony of fleeing the police of st Clair shores. Extremely grateful for his timeliness and attention to detail when the stakes were high. Colin will have composure in any case that he will take on.
