Neil's paralegal Breanna is the best around, wouldn't hire anybody else.

Neil is the best!!! I was charged with 12 felonies and what he did to get them dismissed was unbelievable. Seeing the fear in the prosecutors eyes when Neil walked in, I knew I was going to be okay. He takes every case on with full force. He is the best lawyer!!!!!

I went to them by referral.. I can't say much about Neil since I have never met him but his associate Colin is someone you need to watch.. Big sales pitch to get your money, then he shows up to the court without a complete file, didn't even know what judge and pulls a 180 from I have this covered to I have another case this afternoon and you need to take a plea.. Told me to hire a new attorney if I wanted to go to trial instead of taking the plea and also the prosecutor would add additional charges. My good witness at the consultation became non usable once he spoke with prosecutor. Phone records he assured me he could get became non existent. Best of all he told me he is/was good friends with prosecutor and it should be no issue but I feel more like he was helping his friend and not me. He even offered for the prosecutor 3 careless driving tickets instead of just one in lieu of one 3 point ticket (didn't make any sense). He wouldn't even let me listen or be apart of his discussion with the prosecutor and told me to watch his coat and briefcase while he went in to see the prosecutor. Then when I ask questions about his performance in writing he would beat around the bush and ask me to call him so he wouldn't have to put it in writing.

Five big stars to Neil Rockind and his staff. He was recommended to me as being one of the best and he did not disappoint. I had a case chock full of circumstantial evidence that I knew would be difficult to fight. Neil quickly waded through piles of reports and evidence and quickly identified the proper approach. The case was dismissed after a protracted preliminary exam due chiefly to Neil's sniper-like cross examinations. Throughout the entire ordeal he communicated with me as a friend, maintained a thorough knowledge of a complicated case and left me optimistic and supremely confident in the outcome. His staff, Colin and Breanna were also both a pleasure to work with. Both were always responsive and helpful. I would strongly recommend Neil Rockind and his team to anyone needing the best.

Colin negotiated a dismissal of the OWI and failure to report charges with a plea to operating while visually impaired. Following his advice for sentencing preparation, I was sentenced to only fines and cost, no probation. Colin was professional, knowledgeable and provided me with great recommendations to receive the best sentencing terms possible. I recommend him to everyone I know who may need an attorney.

Neil is the only criminal defense attorney I would trust for anyone that I cared about. He makes even the worst case seem winnable, and then he actually wins the case. There are a lot of attorneys that have a sales pitch and are a lot of talk with nothing to back it up. Neil backs it up every single time. He has a way of conducting trials that has juries and even judges hanging on his every word. His knowledge of the law and the rules of evidence surpasses that of any other attorney I know, which is what is needed to have the upper hand in the courtroom.
