Just like the rest of the reviews I threw away at least five letters. I thought it was a scam also, but it had his signature. This is 1000% legit. The state of Michigan does not inform you of this refund so the only way Ryan can get a hold of you is with this letter.More hoops to jump through so they can keep your'e money. If you get this letter Ryan and his team feel you meet the criteria. Very friendly and professional.

Must have received 5 letters in the mail from Ryan's office. Finally thought 'what the heck' and called them back. After talking with them, I agreed to let them hunt down a refund for the sale of my previous home and within a few weeks, got my check. Simple as that. Give him a call.

If you get a mailing from Ryan Nephew and if you sold your house, call them. I waited and got my last letter telling me time was running out for a claim. I actually talked to Ryan gave him the info he wanted and in one month I had check in hand. THIS IS NOT A SCAM. THANK YOU TEAM RYAN NEPHEW

Wow. It worked. He suggested I would get a $2000 check from the state and within 4 weeks I got it. This guy knows what he's doing and is the real deal. What a nice surprise! A mailer that actually delivers upon what it promises!

Thank you to Ryan Nephew for getting me a Real Estate Transfer Tax refund I never even knew I was entitled to. Great experience and wonderful team. If not for Ryan Nephew I would not have even known the State of Michigan owed me over $1,500 for a real estate transfer tax. I risked nothing by enlisting Ryan to claim the money. His office did all the work. I received the refund. He earned the commission, because without him I wouldn’t have gotten a dime.

Right off the bat I will tell you I was a tad bit skeptical when I received a letter in the mail from the Nephew Law Firm informing me that when I closed on the sale of my home a couple of years ago I may have been overcharged by the State on the Homestead charges. I gotta say I am extremely glad I checked out Ryan and his firm and ignored other google posts casting doubts on the legitimacy of the Nephew Law Firm in Canton Michigan. In just a few days I will be receiving my refund check for overpayment of the Homestead charges exactly what Ryan told me the first time I talked to him. It was so easy, I didn't have to go to the office, didn't have to send copies of records, I literally didn't have to do anything except e-sign agreeing to have Nephew Law Firm act on my behalf. They did all the work and the small fee they charge was small indeed. I live on a small pension and with the cost of everything out of sight this unexpected check is a windfall for me. If you receive a letter from them or if you sold your home in the past couple of years take the time to check them out on your own and then call them. If it turns out you have nothing coming it doesn't cost you anything. If you are owed something enjoy an early Christmas present, that's what my check is!

Please call Ryan if you received a letter in the mail regarding recovering taxes you overpaid on a house you sold. Call him and or go to the website to review the video. This is legit. Thank you for your amazing service.

We received a letter from Ryan regarding our Real Estate Transfer Tax Refund from the recent sale of our home. It actually took 3 letters for us to call him back, because we thought it was one of those "to good to be true" letters. It wasn't. PLEASE ANSWER HIS LETTER TO YOU - HE IS TOTALLY LEGIT - HE FOUND $7,500 FOR US THAT MICHIGAN IMPROPERLY WITHHELD AS TAX We received a letter From Ryan Nephew. We did not think it was legit. I searched Ryan Nephew on the internet and found that he had an existing business and had great reviews. I researched what he said in his letter. The State of Michigan withholds a tax from the seller when a home in Michigan sells. In most cases the tax is improperly withheld. I called and spoke to Ryan Nephew. He explained to me the situation and that he could recover the tax. His fee was only a small portion of the actual refund received and was solely contingent upon receiving the refund He was a professional at the highest level. He answered all my questions. He filled out all the paperwork for the refund. He was in constant communication with me. Upon filing the paperwork, the refund was received in a few weeks. We received $7,500 that we had no idea we could get. This was found money. It effectively was a significant reduction of our broker’s commission. Please do not ignore this letter. Please call Ryan. Please let you realtors know so that they can communicate this to all sellers. Ryan specializes in this and please make this widely known.
