I was completely skeptical when I got a letter from nephew’s law firm about the real estate tax credit. I was convinced it was somehow a scam. I let them send me 4/5 letters until I researched what it was and who they were. Don’t be like me, it was the easiest way to get money back from a purchase of our house. It took a little over a month and got a check in the mail at record speed. I contacted them by email and they were very quick to respond and sent the documents. The process is very easy. Wish I would of done it sooner. Overall 10/10 experience.

We received a letter in the mail and were skeptical but then I looked at the reviews and saw that many received up to 4 letters and then called side got their check. That convinced me to call Ryan and NOT wait for the 4th letter before taking action. I called, signed the DocuSign, and a couple of weeks later we had the check. Thank you, Ryan and team! We never would've known that we were eligible for a refund had you not contacted us.

So, I was super skeptical when I got my
First letter. Well a few more letters came. I just ignored them all like oh this can’t be. Well it was 2 days before the deadline and I decided to call them and ask questions. Needless to say it was super legit and I received my check in about a month time. Definitely don’t hesitate because you won’t be disappointed.

You’ll notice a very specific pattern of the reviews here. The negative reviews come from people who have not used Ryan’s services. I was one of the people who got a letter four times. I threw away the first three as if they were junk mail and when the fourth came, I finally decided to give him a call. A few weeks later and I have a check for $3,000. It goes back to the old adage “you never know until you try”. I’d give him a call. It’s worth it.

The real-estate tax refund is very real and Ryan Nephew is the most efficient and expeditious attorney I have ever come across. Very honest, straight to the point, no frills or games. Just gets it done .... fast. You will have a check in 10 days. My sincerest recommendation, and my highest commendation for this firm. If there were 6 stars, I would have selected that.

Not surprised by anyone being skeptical considering the level fraud that occurs nowadays. Of course I had my reservations but after a little research on the provision as well as on these folks, I got comfortable enough to move forward. Very glad that I did!

Got the letter about my past home same and the value being less than what was taxed. Was hesitant to even call but glad I did. Super quick process and if you don’t you’re leaving money on the table. Worth paying their fee (contingent) given I had no clue about this and didn’t have to lift a finger. Easy money and easy interaction!

I received a letter in the mail about a recent home sale & getting money refunded so I called him. I was skeptical at first, but this was completely legitimate! Ryan did a fantastic job getting my money from the state in just one month!!

I wasn't sure these people were legit until I talked to a realtor friend and he said yes, I could get a transfer tax refund, but I needed a lawyer. They had been after me for almost a year, so I finally sent them the paperwork. They were quick to process my claim and when I asked for an update, Jason Levy was especially helpful in tracking down my refund! Great service; very unique!!
