I chose Dan cause of his name. From the beginning he told me what to expect and the BEST route to take for myself and my kids. The divorce I thought would be uncontested actually was contested by my ex. Dan went to bat for me, was patient with my needs and requests. He truly fights for what you deserve. A man dedicated to his community and always looking for ways to make a difference. His devotion to you from beginning to end goes above and beyond! Dan doesn’t waste your time or money. He is one who stands by his work!! I couldn’t thank him enough!

Dan truly cares about his clients. It was my first time having to go to court (for something other than just a traffic ticket) and I really didn't know or understand the process. I was recommended a lawyer to use (by another lawyer in the county the court proceedings were in) so I looked the lawyer up and they had decent reviews so I hired them. What a mistake! This lawyer never had time to meet with me and go over the paperwork I had to dispute the accusations against me, therefore, every time we went to court and it was her turn to speak she basically said nothing. It resulted in things getting worse for me after each court hearing. Then, to top it all, my lawyer lied in court, so as to not make herself look bad in front of the judge, throwing me, her client, under the proverbial bus. Once again, since this was my first time in court having to defend myself, I was naive. I did not know I would never be given the chance to speak on my own behalf. After my lawyer lied to the judge, I knew I had to find a new lawyer and I hit the jackpot when I found Dan. I called his office, he answered and in that first phone conversation, Dan spent more time listening to me and my story than my previous lawyer had over the past year. Dan treats his clients like family and I could feel this the first time I met with him in person. Dan's a phenomenal lawyer, both intellectually and personally. I can't thank Dan enough for everything he's done for me so far.

Family period!

I hired Mr. Finley to write a demand letter for me. He took the time to really examine my case and offer an empathetic ear while other attorneys simply turned me away without really looking at the facts. He resolved the issue in my favor when others told me my chances of a favorable outcome were slim to none. He also has a noteworthy calm and personable demeanor. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough good things about Dan. Our case was complicated and had 2 corresponding cases running simultaneously, and we appreciated Dans understanding of the courts and how his experience has created a positive network within those systems which is always incredibly helpful. No question when unanswered no matter how many times I would call or email. When push came to shove Dan stood strong and professional and fought hard for us and ultimately won in both cases!
