Dan finley is by far one of the most honest, hard working and caring attorneys out there by far. He does not treat you like a number with dollar signs over your head, he actually takes his time, goes through everything with you and is dedicated. I absolutely recommend him and if i could give 10 stars I definitely would.

I have had the privilege to be represented by Mr. Finley for several years now. I had a very difficult custody case that left me with very little hope. Daniel was able to cut through the lies, and fear tactics that the opposing attorney was using to hurt me. He is the reason that I was able to get a great deal of time with my daughter, and not get taken advantage of in the courtroom. I have come back to use him several times because of the exceptional service, care and knowledge that he provides. He is an extremely courteous guy, but a bulldog in the courtroom. Love this guy! He makes it so easy to do the filing and puts you at ease when handling the difficult stuff. He made my divorce smooth and always made sure my kid came first and was protected. Absolutely reccomend him to anyone asking for legal help. Also does not break the bank when it comes to payment but even if he did it would be worth every penny!

I got lucky when I hired Dan Finley to represent me in dissolving a partnership that was on the rocks----Why do I say lucky, because I didn't know him, but felt that caring in his voice and could instantly see he knew the law. I didn't have a written partnership agreement, but he pushed and used his legal knowledge and got me a $200,000 settlement, where everyone else said I wouldn't really get anything, and he didn't even pad his bill. My suggestion is to call him when you have a legal issue and give him a chance to tell you/show you what he can do.

A year later, and I am still divorced! He got the job done! Polite, professional and full of empathy.
