Doesn’t listen to his clients. Out of touch and misogynistic. Doesn’t communicate with his clients and shouldn’t be practicing anymore

My husband and I went for initial consultation with Charles Panzien for some estate planning. I thought it went well but then he never got back to us. After waiting three weeks, I called and left him a message. After a week and no return call I left another message. Waiting another week and left one final message. I guess I will need to find someone else. Very unprofessional and rude to not at least call me back.

After much procrastination, we decided to have our Wills and related legal documents done. We had two goals. The first was to make it as easy as possible for each other, as well as our children, to handle our medical and financial affairs if we were to become incapacitated. The second was to protect and distribute our assets as we wish, with little to no court assistance. Chuck walked us through the process, patiently answering all our questions. After the documents were signed, we had a sense of relief that we achieved our goals. The price was reasonable for the package we received. We highly recommend Penzion Legal Group if you are considering having your own will and related documents done.

I’ve been trying to get my mother’s trust dealt with for 3 years. Chuck is not responsive to emails and phone calls. Worst attorney I’ve ever had to deal with. Have been trying to get final distributions and disputes with family members resolved and he’s ignoring all phone calls, texts and emails. He may be good at setting up trusts but horrible at resolutions when it counts the most.

Charles made us feel very comfortable from the first visit. Took the time to get to know us, our goals, and situation. Helped us in decision making for the type of document best for our situation. Highly recommend!!
