David Kramer took my case over when it was pushed up to circuit court. I had waived my preliminary exam. He was able to get my case back down to district court for a pre exam. It still got pushed back up to circuit court, but David was able to work with the prosecutor and get my charges significantly reduced. He took the case with multiple felonies and misdemeanors and ended up working a plea deal to 3 misdemeanors and 6mths probation. I would highly recommend hiring David Kramer if you are in need of a criminal defense lawyer. Money well spent.

Everybody that handled my case at Michigan Auto Law took an extra effort to make sure that they kept me appraised of everything that was going on. It's been a great experience. I had three attorneys helping me... Brandon Hewitt, Josh Terebelo and Kevin Seiferheld. My insurance company wasn't doing anything for me after my car accident. They dropped me like a hot rock 45 days after the accident by cutting off my benefits. But my attorneys made sure that the insurance company paid. They went above and beyond in making sure my case was settled properly.

Mary Yancy will not return my phone calls or emails. I paid her to do a QDRO following my divorce. The divorce decree stated it should take no longer than 6 months. It has been over a year and I am still waiting with no communication from her. I have filed a grievance with the Attorney Grievance Commission.

I found Michigan Auto Law and my first lawyer was Mike Shaffer. I liked him a lot. Real nice guy. Every body at the firm was real nice and really helpful. My litigation lawyer was Ian Freed. He was always happy to help me and I knew I could call him any time. Ian a did a great job with my case and got me what I felt I deserved.

My accident was related to a woman who hired a rental truck and that made my case difficult. She had barely any insurance. But I was able to get the absolute maximum settlement because of my lawyers Kevin and Amy and their help. I think if I went to any other law firm I would have been told to drop the case. Michigan Auto Law fought for me. They always kept me informed on what was going on with the case. During my deposition Kevin really comforted me and he always considered how to keep my stress or anxiety down. I felt protected throughout the whole entire lawsuit process. Tom James took my case after three other attorneys turned me down. Tom and Michigan Auto Law cared actually cared how things were affecting me as opposed to what was going into their pockets. It’s nice to see a place like this, that is a big company but still cares about the actual person.

Ms. Yancy failed to file a complete motion in my case including a brief which caused for the court to return my motion and cancel my hearing. Ms. Yancy was not responsive and did not keep me informed of my case proceedings.
