Very pleased with the help I got from the law firm. This being my first lawsuit I was always calling with Questions & I always got a response the same day or next day latest. Bobby & Alison talked me step by step through the process of how my case would go and what to expect making me feel at Ease. The entire staff was always friendly when I was in the office or calling which I did a lot! Also Calvin The Investigator for Michigan Auto Law came to my house shortly after my accident & He was wonderful! He sat in my house while I was an emotional wreck over everything I was going through after the accident & Listened to me which was very helpful in me making my decision to choose this law firm. I had never been involved in an auto accident so I did not know what to expect. When I met Bobby and Alison, I knew I would be in good hands. They both did a great job for me. Everyone from start to finish was excellent here at Michigan Auto Law. Initially the investigator Calvin came to my home and spent three hours with me. He was very patient with me, letting me know how things would go. I then met Jeff Bussell. He was very detailed, professional, easy to talk to, and always available for any questions or concerns I had. I began to work with Lenny. He was like a father figure to me. Just very sweet and approachable. Lenny checked on me on a regular basis to see how I was feeling. I never had to track anyone down here, as they were always keeping me informed on the status of my case. I am definitely going to recommend others to Michigan Auto Law.
