I liked how my laywer kept me informed of everything i needed to know after my car accident like issues surrounding my deposition, bankruptcy, car insurance. Tom was a great guy and very supportive. I always tell people if there are any related auto issues to contact Tom and his firm because you get one on one attention from a team of attorneys and paralegals. Im so happy with how i was taken care of and how my case was handled.

I was struck by a vehicle while I was exercising on my bike one day. Pressing charges or filing a lawsuit didn't fly a cross my mind at the time, but when the injuries didn't go away I realized I needed some type of legal action. I found Michigan Auto Law on the Internet and knew this was the firm for me based on what I read online and also my aunts recommendation. Ian was my trial lawyer. He's a pleasant individual. I knew he was on my side fighting for me. The communication was there too. I'm satisfied with how Ian litigated my case and I would never hope for anyone to be in a bike accident like I was, but I would definitely recommend Ian for all he did for my case.

A Mack truck hit the back of my car and I was in a bad way. The good people at Michigan Auto Law helped me with getting my insurance benefits. They made sure my insurance company gave me what they were supposed to under the law. My lawyer Josh in particular was truly a man of his word and did what he said he was going to do. He settled with the insurance company for what they owed me and now they have to pay me a monthly amount. I was very pleased with Josh and all he did for me. It was just an excellent experience.

I would definitely say from my very first visit, the people at Michigan Auto Law are very friendly and present. It made me feel like family in a way because of how personal an experience it was. They treated what I said with importance, not just as if I were a client. I felt valued, especially by my lawyer Kevin. Kevin's personality is wonderful. He is very straightforward and honest. My car broke down in the field where I was working. I walked to the gas station and that's when a semi truck tire fell off as it was turning onto the street of the gas station and hit me on the back, as I was pumping gas. I was an innocent bystander that was struck by a truck. You hear about cases all the time, but you never think it will be you. The pain became a serious problem, so I wanted to find an attorney. I was referred to Michigan Auto Law through another lawyer. The firm definitely helped me by making me knowledgable about my rights, what I could do and the possibilities of how they could handle it. Mike Shaffer was my lawyer and he was the one to explain all of this to me right off the bat. He took a lot of time with me. Multiple times we would have phone conferences and face to face meetings to go over the case so he could let me know where he was at in the process and moving forward, what his next step would be. He was very responsive and patient with me. I would blow his phone up multiple times a week, but he always had time for me and was there with his advice and support. He kept it very professional and I knew he felt genuinely concerned about my situation. After reviewing the settlement and him breaking down the numbers, I'm very satisfied with what I came out with. If something like this would unfortunately happen again, I would definitely call Mike. He was a great help.

Someone hit me and kept going. I was pretty hurt. I wanted to hire a lawyer to see if we could find out who it was that hit me. I found Michigan Auto Law on the internet. I knew this group of lawyers would give me advice on what I needed to do when I got into the car accident. When I called, I talked to Brandon first and he answered my questions thoroughly. He told me they would take my case. I felt good that I was able to get information first, so I felt comfortable. Brandon to me was aggressive as far as dealing with the insurance company. Then when I got Lenny Koltonow, he too was aggressive. As far as insurance companies, they make all this money each month from car insurance, and then when you get in a car accident, they don't want to pay you anything. What's the point of having insurance if they don't pay out what you sign up for? Lenny made it clear that he was going after them and he did not stop. I refer anybody to Michigan Auto Law, especially when it comes down to getting your questions answered. They take time with you and they care about you as a person.

A friend referred me to Michigan Auto Law. My father in law was involved in a car accident, and I wanted an attorney to look into it because he was in pain and we were having a hard time getting our insurance to pay for his medical care and prescriptions. I would say this firm is very thorough in explaining everything and if I had questions, they got a hold of me right away and talked to me until I understood the answer. Tom James represented my father in law. I liked him very much. He likes to get everything straight and fights for his clients to the max. Tom's paralegal Michele was also incredibly helpful. The team got my father in law's benefits covered under No Fault.

David Kramer took my case over when it was pushed up to circuit court. I had waived my preliminary exam. He was able to get my case back down to district court for a pre exam. It still got pushed back up to circuit court, but David was able to work with the prosecutor and get my charges significantly reduced. He took the case with multiple felonies and misdemeanors and ended up working a plea deal to 3 misdemeanors and 6mths probation. I would highly recommend hiring David Kramer if you are in need of a criminal defense lawyer. Money well spent.

Everybody that handled my case at Michigan Auto Law took an extra effort to make sure that they kept me appraised of everything that was going on. It's been a great experience. I had three attorneys helping me... Brandon Hewitt, Josh Terebelo and Kevin Seiferheld. My insurance company wasn't doing anything for me after my car accident. They dropped me like a hot rock 45 days after the accident by cutting off my benefits. But my attorneys made sure that the insurance company paid. They went above and beyond in making sure my case was settled properly.
