If I could leave no stars I would. My family went with them after my sister passed from the hospital misdiagnosing her when they could have saved her just be listening- clear medical malpractice. Not only did McKeen & Associates drag their feet on the case but they filed the entire lawsuit in my moms name without talking to her first and then wrote us a letter telling us they wouldn't be keeping the case. They had ample time (over 2 years) to allow us to find another lawyer but instead they kept the case until after the deadline to file since you only have two years and then left us to figure everything out on our own. Horrible way to treat a grieving family who only wanted the hospital to answer for the way they treated my sister. Please do yourself a favor and go with another law firm who will take care of you the way you deserve to be taken care of. This type of law firm only cares about the money, not justice.
