Mr. Metzen and his team are great. Mr. Metzen explained the whole process and kept me informed throughout the process and answered all of my questions patiently. Mr. Metzen has answered and returned all my calls promptly. I had an issue with my payroll department and Mr. Metzen called my payroll department, sent them an email and informed them about laws that they were not aware of. Terrible experience. . .. my cousin used him as attorney and felt like he only cared about the neonatal brain injury cases. Didn t care about my case. Went with another attorney who got me 1.5 million. Will never use this guys services again. Terrible customer service terrible lawyer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
