I recently worked with Hadi and Harp Law for the formation of my LLC for my first business and he was very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns I had as a first time business owner and got my business started very quickly. He work very quick and efficient and I would highly recommend if your just starting a business or if your looking to add more businesses to your portfolio. I will definitely be working with him again in the near future

I call Harp Law after getting there # off the internet, my call was answer and ask me what going on, after I gave her a brief on what I was going through , she told me that a Lawyer will be giving me a call back ASAP.
As my surprise I got a call back in 5 min. WOW and the lawyer ask me some ? then he told me he couldn't help me, BUT he lead me in the right direction, and what he told me was worth 1k. Thank Harp Law for the free advice without trying to take me for a ride.

Spoke to the secretary said I wanted to retain the law firm as my legal counsel for my new blockchain company I have some new business contracts and wanted someone to go over the legal forms once I retain them. No
one has called me back since!!! Not even an email that I've even called!!.

If I could give 6 stars I would.
Hadi helped me in California estate plan for my family in Michigan and was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process.
I don't know if there's something he normally does but he made many home visits to my mother to make the process easier for her.
Above & Beyond highly recommend!
