I came to him because I needed a real estate contract drawn up and his office was conveniently located. I was up against somewhat of a deadline and Hadi was able to get the contract done for me when I needed it and more importantly without any issues. I found him quick to respond to calls and emails and very good at explaining the ins and outs of the contract terms. Since then I've recommended him to a few of my friends and they have had the same positive experience.

I have a few rental properties and my last tenant moved out without paying his water bill.  By the time I realized it, the bill hadn’t been paid for over a year. Tenant refused to pay so I decided to call Hadi.  He prepared a demand letter, talked with the tenant, and got me my money in less than a week. It was an annoying thing to deal with but I’m more than satisfied with the outcome, and Hadi also offered me some good tips for dealing with tenants moving forward.

I contacted Hadi of Harp Law for a dispute I had with a client that had not paid their bill. Small claims court was the best avenue for me so Hadi helped me prepare for my day in court. He talked me through what to expect, what to wear and behave, as well as the “meat” of the case letting me know the strong points of my case and how to handle the weak points. Before I went in front of the judge the court had us talk to a mediator. The mediator said I was so thoroughly prepared that the judge would be very impressed and that I had a strong case.
