Attorney Davis firm successfully convinced the prosecutor to amend my traffic charge to impeding traffic. This offense does not carry any points and will not appear on my record. DO NOT i repeat to not hire this attorney, he strictly is just in it for the money. Maurice isn’t actually doing this to help people. He purposely turned in paperwork late so my sister couldn’t go to trial. From the beginning we told him we wanted to go to trial and he told us “no” even after we paid 15,000. He never had information to back up his statements in court, so he could make us look bad & not go to trial. & even after we discussed going to trial, the day of sentencing he told us he he didn’t want to. How can you tell your defendant after 4 months of telling them you wanna go to trial that you just don’t want to. Do not hire this man he is HORRIBLE.
