I’ve known frank since he was catching baseballs for the Longfellow wolverines and throwing those Emerson kids out trying to steal second base. The look in his eyes then is the same as he gives now fighting and winning for his clients. Frank doesn’t lose. As a police officer I’ve been on his side as a witness and the other side prosecuting. Let me tell you his side is the one you want to be on. I’ve also known his brother Mike since he was riding on ole bus 202 picking him up a block from his house at summerfield elementary and taking him to the walker school gifted kids program. With his boyish good looks and quick and smart wit I knew he was going places. He negotiated a front row seat on my bus and being dropped off directly it front of his house to avoid the rain and snow. Frank and Mike are the team we call from the flint police when justice is needed. Above all frank and Mike have continued to hold the Manley name as trusted and giving as grandpa Manley did two generations before them. Thanks frank and Mike for what you do for this community.
