Frank and Michael Manley are attorneys with integrity and knowledge. Every attorney in the firm comes with extensive years in practicing law and are excellent at the job they do. I would hire any attorney there to represent me, should the need arise, and not worry about the representation they would provide. I highly recommend this law firm. I was a sergeant with the City of Flint for 21 years and I have known Mike and Frank Manley for over 30 years. We first met during several narcotic cases and shooting cases, that I worked. The first time I met them, I felt the same way about both, that they were not only great attorneys, but really great people also. I was charged with 2 felonies in 2019 . I didn’t hesitate to hire Frank Manley and his firm. Frank handled several bad situations for me In the past , that I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome . For 4 years these charges hung over my head . The amount of stress and pressure on myself and my family was ridiculous . From the pending criminal charges there was also a civil lawsuit filed against me . I can say at no point did I feel alone in the fight . Frank and Mike Manley checked on me routinely and were present at every deposition and stayed on top of keeping me informed . When things started getting serious , Frank met with me personally to introduce me to Attorneys Mike Beer and Scott Bigger. Mike would be representing me at trial while Scott assisted . Frank Explained to me that because of Mike Beer spending over a decade in the prosecutors office, and the unique specifics of my case , Mike would be the best candidate to defend me . I’ve learned not to question Frank over the years . When he told me something , it was true. When he said he would do something , he did it. And when he said things would be ok , they were . So I went to trial with Mike Beer defending me and Scott Bigger assisting . It took a week to pick the jury , a couple days to have the trial, and around an hour for the jury to come back with a not guilty verdict . Not only was Attorney Beer masterful in his performance in the courtroom while picking the jury and questioning witnesses , it was clear that Attorney Beer and Bigger were in a class , on a level , far exceeding that of anyone in the prosecutors office . They knew the prosecutors job better than the prosecutor . I knew I was sitting next to the two men who were the best at what they do, no doubt. Because of Attorney Bigger’s expert knowledge of criminal law and attention to detail, coupled with Attorney Beer’s impeccable performance and knowledge of the inner workings and procedures of the prosecutors office , I am a free man today . I cannot thank Mike Beer , Scott Bigger , and the rest of the Manley firm enough . I owe them everything . That may sound dramatic to those that have never been in a small conference room awaiting a jury’s decision affecting what could be the rest of your life , the end of your family and custody of your kids , but take my word for it , you don’t ever want to find out .
