The lawyer claims that he will only take your case if he feels you will win. But if you get denied by a judge he will sway you to just reapply instead of appealing the decision.

On May 23rd, 2018. The balcony I worked on, collapsed. My body fell 18 feet. I was a mess. Mr. John Chowning received me; with diligence and care got me a settlement with workmans comp. Including, continuing medical coverage for my injuries. Thank you Mr. Chowning.
By the way, my wife was 8 and half months pregnant with our first child when I fell. Now with Mr. Chowning's help, we are doing much better.
