Do not use this atterny, he dont explain things. He looses paperwork ,forgets to do things and it delays case. After 10 months he didnt turn in my case for court date. I had to call and see why. It's been 17 months and my case is just getting going. I switched to another atterny . PATHETIC It was his negligence forget to turn in my case . It would be settled by now or real close.

Attorney John Chowning was the best attorney I could have gone with this process. He has been in this area of law for many years and really knows the ins and outs of the entire process. He returns phone calls and was the calm voice I sometimes needed during a stressful time. I would absolutely recommend him! Valerie, his office assistant was also very professional.
