I worked with Kelsey regarding a custody matter. She was very kind, supportive and knowledgable. Not only did she provide all the information I needed to make a decision, but she also did not pressure me to make a decision one way or the other. She was patient and very helpful. I had an initial consult to which I put a substantial escrow down as a retainer. My attorney did the paperwork and filed with the Court clerk and had papers served as required. The thing I disagree the most about was the automated billing from Clio a software billing company. I feel the automation of processes does not justify the rates that are billed.
